Clean
I was staying in 16th floor. There were a lot of staffing cleaning the rooms and banging the door. One of the staff was trying to open my door without knocking when I was in the bathroom. It’s very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

The tasty breakfast was exceptional as were the staff. The lobby area and gym was great for my stay. Very central location for trips to monas, old Jakarta and access to thousand Islands.
The air-conditioning was not up to any standard for a foreigner to be comfortable. It was a shame as it's my only complaint.
Rooms need maintenance a lot of begs and Cockroaches coming out of sewer pipes
Break fast was good. I did enjoy the local gruel (Burbur) very much. We went to the inhouse Karoki , which was announced as openeed, but was not functional, perhaps we had to reserve it in advance.

Rooms are really spacious, amazing offering for breakfast, staff are lovely, AC works very well.
Room did have a slight smell of cigarette as I imagine it was a smoking room once upon a time, couple of small cockroaches in the room and the room decor could do with some modernising to bring it in line with the entrance to the hotel.

The aesthetics and architecture of the building are beautiful.
We stayed at this hotel from January 3rd to January 11th (8 nights) for our honeymoon. As international travelers from South Africa, we were excited for our stay, but unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience.
Room Conditions & Cleanliness:
We were initially placed in Room 910, which had a strong smell of alcohol and blood spatters on the wall. The bathroom door was also cracked and broken.
After requesting a room change, we were moved to Room 1110, which was better visually but had a bug infestation in the bathroom, making it distressing to use.
We were then moved to Room 1130, where the air conditioner was broken and leaking water. Despite multiple calls, it took hours for a technician to arrive. The next morning, the bathroom was flooded due to a leaking toilet, and later, the hand basin also started leaking, causing further inconvenience.
The TV’s sound only worked on selected channels.
Housekeeping & Service:
Housekeeping was inconsistent and slow. Despite multiple requests, our room was not cleaned in a timely manner, and it took over three hours for someone to respond.
Staff were not welcoming or accommodating and did not make any effort to ensure a pleasant stay.
Additional Charges & Poor Service:
We requested food to be warmed, and while they initially accommodated us (for 15,000 Rp), the next two times, they were rude and unhelpful, refusing to assist.
The swimming pool was advertised as open until 9 PM, but we were told it closed at 6 PM and were not allowed to swim.
The pool towel policy was applied unfairly. The sign clearly states one towel per person, yet my husband and I were only given one towel to share, while a local family received one per person.
Final Thoughts:
This hotel has serious issues with maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service. Despite its beautiful architecture, the poor hospitality and lack of proper service make it undeserving of its high rating.
The room was spacious and clean.
The air conditioning is very bad. It was so hot in the room and we couldn’t sleep at all. I called the receptionist to complain about the temperature and he said somebody will come to check on the air conditioning but unfortunately nobody came.
Location/ Ambience
Hot water is little problem.
Money exchange or paying for taxi with a credit card is a problem.
