I will stay here again. Even though older,
The hotel is spotless, has helpful staff, and is in a great location with quick access to the freeway and mountains. It's nice to have breakfast each morning and a good variety of breakfast foods. Excellent variety of restaurants nearby for dinner.

Best place to stay on your way through Billings!

The check in lady was super nice. I was pretty mad the next morning when house keeping was knocking on the door before 9am when check out isn’t till 11. We just went and checked out the morning lady had an attitude because she had to come to the desk when I was checking out because I was seeing if I could get a receipt she was extremely put out so I let her know I was not happy with the door being knocked on. She was super rude

Pros:

We chose this hotel because of the high rating, 9. This hotel is not worth the rate. The front desk clerk working seemed overwhelmed. The room key didn't work, the king suites are handicap only with a cumbersome seat in the tub/shower that can't be removed. We couldn't get into the pool or hot tub, we had to ask the overwhelmed clerk to let us in. The hotel is in disrepair. We had to ask for more than two bath towels in a king suite. The breakfast has nothing warm to offer. We won't be back.
