A great place to rest

It was totally impressive in decor cleanliness and well done. We enjoyed our brief stay and would love to return some day.

Cleaning lady thief
Pros:

Super bummed about our last visit. Stayed here many times and this last time we had our room made up which we never do but we were like screw it, it will be fresh when we get back. My brand new sweatshirt was taken and also my YSL makeup bag that contained personal items, a credit card and a designer purse mirror. When I called the older last at the desk to have her check with the cleaning lady she never called back. I called 6 times and no one called back so I made a police report. Hope they enjoy my items that they didn’t earn and stole. If it wasn’t for that we would go back but it’s both worth getting your stuff stolen over and paying over $300 on top of that for a room. Needless to say it was an expensive weekend. Shame on those cleaner girls and hopefully the owner finds new ones.

A great stay in a clean and safe motel on Route 66.
Pros:

Section C, Room 120 was newly updated and was fresh and clean. We especially enjoyed the design and nod to Route 66. The front desk representative and the cleaning staff were all very friendly.

Cons:

I liked the property very much. I would have liked to have had a microwave in our room rather than a shared one that is located with the ice machine. I think this only mattered because we stayed 6 nights. Had our stay been shorted it might not have mattered much.

We had a wonderful time and look forward to going back again.
Pros:

This property was in a great location. Only a 4 minute drive to bearizona and walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The bed was a little too soft for me but not a deal breaker.

Excellent hotel, every hotel should strive to be this good! Great prices, friendly employees, the room was decorated SO great, just like you would expect on Route 66, and we had a room with 2 beds "suite" so it had en entrance way with 2 chairs and a table, TV mounted on the wall with fridge and microwave in that room also. Open large doors to "bedroom area", then around the corner was a very large spacious bathroom! WOW, alot for your money! And SUPER CLEAN. Fresh free hot breakfast. Every trip to the Grand Canyon we always stay here.
