OK - for an overnight stop
Pros:

Location was handy for 1 night stay travelling through, nice towels & staff very helpful

Cons:

Very old & dated - carpets were badly marked & worn
The air conditioning was quite noisy

The stay was a disappointment.
Pros:

The location was in Johnson City, where we needed to be for a wedding we were attending. There was a Walgreen's store across the street (i.e. within short walking distance) to buy a few things we needed.

Cons:

However, there were homeless people hanging around the parking lot on both evenings, a lady with a big dog and some teenagers having a party of some sort in the parking lot. It made the time unpleasant for us.

Breakfast was not very nice. We didn't even bother with it on our second morning.

-Very poorly maintained. Dirty carpet. Broken floor lampRefrigerator missing a foot, so it wobbled and nearly fell over every time you opened the door. Bathroom damaged, wouldn’t shut. Tub had a hole in the side. Washcloth had makeup on it. Electrical plugs were so loose the plugs kept falling out. Toilet seat was unnaturally low to the floor. Breakfast was advertised till 9:00, but was completely depleted by 8:30. And much more….

Cons:

Had a problem with the lock on the door it wouldn't had to go get the key re. Energized, every time we used it.

Pros:

Walkable to downtown with good food, grocery stores near by and a Laundromat. Clean pool!

Cons:

People that were clearly not guests walked in and out of the grounds and guests? with dogs sleeping in cars in the parking lot....

Beds & linens provided were clean but some things were overlooked when cleaning from the previous tenants.

Convenient & near everything we needed.

There was still leftover pizza in the fridge & used, wet wash cloths hanging from the shower rod.

It was okay for the money
Pros:

Room was clean and had plenty of room

Cons:

It didn’t feel like it was in a good. To be pet friendly they only had a very small area of grass right beside the road. They have a $100 refundable deposit.

Frustrating, probably won't stay there again.
Pros:

Placed reservation and card was not supposed to be charged until I checked in. They charged the card 3 days before check in. It was my daughter's card she put on there to reserve our room. Then was told by manager named Stacy thst even when I checked in with my card that my daughter wouldn't get her money back until we checked out. That it was being used as a deposit, even though at that point they would have had mine, the guest, on file. When questioned. Stacybwas rude and condescending. This is not the first-time she has had this attitude with my family. She did everything remove the charge from my daughter's card but it never should have been charged in the first place. My daughter says she has reserved many rooms through your site with the check in at time of stay and her card was never charged before check in. She remains highly upset because it posed some financial issues for her. She says she's not using your site again because of it.

The manager named Stacy was rude and condescending to my daughter.

It worked for a quick stay to be close to family, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.
Pros:

Great location. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

No elevator, I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs. Seemed like many rooms had a plumbing issue. The parking lot fills up with professional trucks, it’s difficult to find parking nearby.
