Staff was exceptional and very helpful. I had booked this hotel, specifically, because of the pool. The pool had not been usable for quite some time.

Pros:

Carpets were outdated and needed vaccumming. Staff was very pleasant. No hotel noise other than the AC unit in the room. Had an issue with the toilet in our first room but was reroomed without issue. Pool was being remodeled so didnt have that option and it was mid summer. Breakfast was a decent hotel continental breakfast.
