Clean, quite and comfortable
Waterslides broke down, big pool closed Sunday morning
the staff was friendly.
the rooms were dirty and smelled horrible. Blankets ripped, shower was a death trap. security lacking as doors propped open with rocks. Mold on shower curtain.
I liked that it was connected to the mall.
We were expecting the pool/waterpark to been open earlier. Sadly the kids weren’t able to enjoy the waterpark. Due to it opening 4pm. Because of heart we like to go to the fair in the evenings.
As we took our shoes off in the room carpet was wet the whole time of our stay.
Room was great, staff were great, but Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast, no complaints. Location is nice being close to the mall and accessible on the south side of town.
the main reason for booking this hotel was the water park only to find out that the slides were out of order, which seems to be a recurring theme. Without the slides the kids still enjoyed the pool, but it was a little of a let down considering we paid extra for this hotel.
Place was decent for 120.00, but i was charged for the room when i arrived at the hotel, meaning i paid for it on booking, and paid for it when i got there, and there was an additional 85 dollar charge, so 120 from booking 135 plus 85 when i got to the hotel, im waiting to see if it will be put back into my account, as i know how screwed up it can get, my only complaint is the charges.

pool was great and location
the rooms are really worn down. could use major upgrades. including the shower. way to small and slippery
The room was big, we didn't feel like we were tripping over each other. Breakfast was good with a great selection of hot and cold items.
We always have to ask for towels. If 4 of us are staying, offer at least 4 towels. The shower is slippery. Although the staff was pleasant, none of them were friendly and welcoming. Seemed approachable. But with all of that, they did a great job keeping up with the busy weekend during the fair.
Breakfast was not good at all, very bland and tasteless food, dark, dingy breakfast room. The room itself was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I asked for a room on first floor but didn’t get my request. And wasn’t asked when I checked in if I still wanted a bottom floor room. So was not accommodating

Location!! Close to hospital also.
That we were there only for 1 night. Was there to check into hospital & didn't really get to enjoy our stay.. more than likely will be our go to place while in Minot from now on!!!!
The properties location is great.
The room was clean but had spots that were missed on the ceiling. The carpet needed to be stretched, as there were uplifted areas in the walkway. The room could use a good deep cleaning.
