Pros:

Location!! Close to hospital also.

Cons:

That we were there only for 1 night. Was there to check into hospital & didn't really get to enjoy our stay.. more than likely will be our go to place while in Minot from now on!!!!

Needs a deep clean
Pros:

The properties location is great.

Cons:

The room was clean but had spots that were missed on the ceiling. The carpet needed to be stretched, as there were uplifted areas in the walkway. The room could use a good deep cleaning.

Pros:

Size of the suite.

Cons:

It was a suite, no one single dish, not even cups by the bathroom sink to rinse after brushing teeth. Some of the faucets etc were barely hanging on, needs updating.

We were not informed that the waterpark was closed until just an hour before we were set to arrive. A week later we have yet to receive our promised refund.

Pros:

Location and ease of convenience for all amenities

Cons:

The room was cool when we arrived so we turned the thermostat up a bit. It was unfortunate but it never stopped heating till 2 AM when we both woke up sweating. Not a big deal....we shut it off and cracked a window and cooled off in minutes. It added to the adventure of our adventure.

Old run-down hotel. Stay elsewhere.
Cons:

The toilet seat was broken, there was mold on the bathroom floor by shower, shoe marks on the wall in the bathroom that looked like someone repeatedly tried kicking. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The room door handle was falling off. This place needs serious remodeling and cleaning. The pool was closed due to unsanitary conditions.

La alberca no está en funcionamiento

Ubicación y limpieza

Cons:

No te dicen que el área de alberca está sin servicio, hasta el momento de la registracion, pero para ese momento si yo cancelaba el cargo sería de 100% de el total de la habitación, muy costosa para solo ofrecer la estancia

Go somewhere else
Pros:

The guy in charge of breakfast was great. And the hotel is connected to the mall

Cons:

My rooms were dirty, staff was rude.... The front desk ladies always just stared at me when I walked up to the counter and didn't even greet me (except the breakfast guy) and I tried to change my checkout date and was told no because I booked with a third party, I could only extend my stay but not depart early. And the water park is closed but the email says the pool and hot tub are still open.... They're not.
