Cuando llegamos más tarde de la hora del check in nos entregaron la llave y al abrir la habitación no estaba lista. Nos cambiaron de habitación y apestaba a sucio y a cigarro. Al final terminé entregando llaves y cancelando.
The location
Nothing, It was disgusting, th sheets had holes and the place smelled like cigarettes, there was nothing you could do to get rid off the smell, it was truly incredible awful
The Location was very amazing for all the restaurants available around it and an easy to driver everywhere
Very disappointed from the beginning. I was assigned to a room that had guess inside. Very embarrassing to open a door with people inside.

Then a was assigned to a queen bed room when I booked for 2 full bed.

The manager is rude at times and has favorites. The room has mold and I had to take care of the roaches in the room. Issues with the fridge not having a freezer and it freezes when not suppose to.

The non smoking room smelled like smoke and when I exchanged rooms the new room ac is broken. The room overall needs an upgrade it look and smelled dirty and moldy. The girl at the front desk that day helped out a lot she did great and very professional!!
Location everything close or easy directions
Location of first room too far for handicapped person . Need more handicapped rooms the public is getting older.
