The manager is rude at times and has favorites. The room has mold and I had to take care of the roaches in the room. Issues with the fridge not having a freezer and it freezes when not suppose to.

Feo olor, sensacion a sucio, mal aspecto
The non smoking room smelled like smoke and when I exchanged rooms the new room ac is broken. The room overall needs an upgrade it look and smelled dirty and moldy. The girl at the front desk that day helped out a lot she did great and very professional!!
Location everything close or easy directions
Location of first room too far for handicapped person . Need more handicapped rooms the public is getting older.
