Each room needed more wash clothes, better functioning entertainment

Do not recommend. Will not be staying again.

The bed sheets had not been laundered and the bathroom also had not been cleaned well. There was a strong odor coming from it.

Decent hotel but very high pet fee ($75).

Spark By Hilton Fredericksburg Southpoint was recently remodeled several years ago. The hotel is clean, quiet, and smells fresh. The room and beds are comfortable and the hotel is a great choice. The hotel staff is friendly and provide excellent customer service. There are several great choices of restaurants nearby. Some restaurants within walking distance.
