The ac worked and the toilet flushed
Pros:

There were dogs to pet.

Cons:

All the entryways smelled like weed. Could hear every noise anyone else made in whole building. Could hear next door snoring through wall sitting on the bed. Grounds were very dirty. Water pressure to shower was nonexistent. When I went to check in and was told absolutely no refunds that I needed to go look at room before she started I knew was going to be interesting.

Sketchy
Cons:

The whole place smells like weed and there are sketchy people wandering around at all hours of the day and night. There are broke-down vehicles store in the back parking lot and trash everywhere. There is no breakfast and the outer doors are not locked.

The smell...it was horrible. It was thick,and attached to anything and stayed with you even while away.
It was a stink of smoke,weed, in a closed bar for 12 yrs....then make it smell worse.
That's bad.

I had to make a phone call from the lobby to get anyone to check me in and then had to wait a few minutes for them to show up. Their lobby closes at 10 pm and there is noone in attendance if there are issues or you need assistance. Service was mediocre.

There was a used towel in the bathroom from the previous occupant.

Room was clean but not " inviting".

Location was excellent .. No Breakfast.. I'm thankful to have a reservation when arriving in town

It could have been sanitize,. Cleansed.. noticeable Odor Smell from other customers.. Also.. people hanging outside their Unit,. UnSafe Surroundings,. I booked 5 Day Stay... Only stayed one night

Birch Hill Suites is a scam. Nobody should be expected to pay to stay in a bug infested stinky BEDS!
Pros:

I liked that they offered kitchens and larger refigerators.

Cons:

The bugs, the broken stove top, the smelly hallways, the unattentive staff. They are there for chk in and out. At night they close a steel gate over the desk and here is no one around. This place needs shut down and an investigation into the people running it as well as the use of W.P.A.F.B. in the name. If they are affiliated with the actual W.P.A.F.B. The base needs to be notified how nasty this place is. The front desk tried to rebook my room. They completed to check in for another guest and gave them keycards to my room. Stranger had access to the room that was already paid for and being used. Stranges got to walk through the room and return to the desk to comp[lain that their room wasnt even clean.

Cons:

Beds were super hard. We didn't get the king suite we reserved. Was told they were sold out. Someone tried to get in our room on our last nights stay. They shutter the front desk at night so if you need anything you have to call, but not from the room. They don't have phones in the room.

Nothin really. I just needed somewhere to rest. But i will never go back there again

Cons:

They didn't have tissue in the bathroom when i got there. No pots or pans to cook on mini stove. Dogs in the facility was barking all night. Elevators smelled like smoke. And people just sitting and walking around the parking lot all day and night.

Pros:

The staff was friendly. Outside and inside was kept up well. The room could have used a better cleaning especially the floor and dusting. The stove top was missing a knob and cigarette burns on the counter tops.
The pillows definitely could be upgraded and there were no blanket on the bed.

Overall, a decent place just bring pillows and a blanket.
