Nice place!
Pros:

If you stay at this hotel- you will find a wonderful staff (Susan) and great management (Monika). They have a very clean pool and also a weight room and a place to do laundry. I found all of this very convenient and didn't have to leave to do anything. My room was clean and my bed was comfortable. If you are in the Bethany, Missouri area stay here! This is a Great place!

Actually, the only thing that was good was the breakfast

Cons:

Not friendly in the room 101 there was a storm and water started coming in the window going into the air conditioning and all the guy did was give me a towel to wipe it up. Told management management didn’t even say anything so I would suggest not staying at this motel.

Not impressed at all!
Pros:

Location, parking snd pool

Cons:

The rooms smelled musty and seemed a bit dirty. Hot tub was not working. AND the breakfast buffet not very good….. they had yougart that some were nearly ONE YEAR expired.

Blindside deposit
Pros:

Good location, and soft beds

Cons:

Charging a 100 deposit but kept telling me he wasn't charging my card I was never informed about a deposit. Hot tub not working

Comfy bed but byo pillow!
Pros:

Comfy beds but the pillows are comically small. Like, decorative square couch pillows. Luckily, I travel with my own pillow. Friendly staff, elevator, easy check in, quiet, good location. Continental breakfast left something to be desired but it was free and it was 9a (service ends at 9:30), so I can’t complain too much.

Services have gone down since last year's stay

We chose Quality Inn because we have stayed there before because they have a heated pool and had good breakfast. This time, tge pool was freezing cold and when I went to front desk, took quite a while for staff to come to front desk. When I asked if pool could be warmer, staff said maintenance had to do that abd they had not veen there to nake any changes and would not be tgere for our 2-day stay. No one was ever in the pool. All the hot food was cold and had to be put in microwave; tgey had no biscuits til after we used toast for our biscuits and gravy. This was between 8 and 8:30. Breakfast closes at 9:30. We only saw one daytime and one nighttime staff during our stay and had to call for that person to come to desk. I am sure it was to save money but our room was $137 a night plus other fees when we could have stayed across the street for $54 a night for same room and much better service w no pool or breakfast.

It was not pleasurable at all

Cons:

Not clean they put us in a room with nasty stains on the floor dirty sink and toilet. Ask for different room it stunk and not very clean. Tape holding dresser drawers closed. Dusty uncomfortable bed. I called down for extra blanket because the blanket on bed was sheet and thin bedspread. He was rude said if need one come get it. Very unprofessional and I won’t be staying or have family staying there

Horrible room!
Cons:

Room was dirty. Shower had very little water pressure. Floor on second floor was very uneven. Will never stay at any Quality Inn. Carpet was filthy dirty.
