Pros:

The rooms are large, giant bathtub, lots of storage. There's a dog area across the street and you're walking distance to town and the beach

Cons:

We stay here every year, there's not usually very many people when we're there and it's quiet. It's usually just under 100.00, no breakfast and our dogs are free. This year new management I guess and a nice weekend, lots of people I could hear through the very thin walls and 30 per dog per night. There are hotels within walking distance that are the same price, thicker walls and full breakfast.

Very nice place .
Pros:

Proximity to the bar and Dylan’s bakery that opens at 4 had coffee breakfast and real good pastries. Room was nice with comfy bed fridge and microwave. Nice burger seafood place right down the road .

Cons:

Small plumbing issue but nothing major that could not be fixed.

We enjoyed it and are staying there again next fall.
Pros:

There was a good assortment of foods although they didn't have a kitchen, waffle maker as some Continental breakfasts have; although we didn't need it anyway. I liked the location, it's located in the heart of downtown longbeach and the rooms were very clean. I actually complemented them personally for cleanliness and left a tip.

Cons:

If they had more parking in the back where our room was located or if each room had at least one designated parking place near their room.

Pros:

The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. I actually liked the locking mechanism, never stayed anywhere that had that.

Cons:

As plant lovers, it broke our hearts that all the plants were in dire need of water. We were four women who run hot and not having an air conditioner was a little tough. Check in wasn’t until 4pm, that’s pretty late, especially when traveling with someone a senior. The gal at the desk when we checked in was pleasant but can’t say the same for the others. The ice machine was broken.

Cons:

They charged me for the room 3 days before the booking date. No air conditioning, Just a loud fan. The place is right next to the loudest tavern in town.

Pros:

All staff was super kind/friendly. Grab and go breakfast was decent. Room was clean.

Cons:

It smelt a bit musty walking into the room and the room itself felt moist the entire trip. Maybe more air flow. Also, we had light bulbs out in the sink area making getting ready difficult. The noise above us as rough but i understand that’s the guests not necessarily the hotel.

Pros:

I liked how clean and standards were met, very quiet it was both nites stay. Simply impressed on price point.

Cons:

The continental breakfast area could use improvement, perhaps even a sitting area offset from office lobby. It just seemed a bit cramped there and awkward with the desk attendant so close. Just expand a little and provide some elbow room to get their coffee and perhaps warm something up.
