The hotel was clean and comfortable. Easy access to down town.
Pros:

Located in the center if town. Easy walking to all the shops.

Cons:

I don't like with the $30 a night pet fee. I wouldn't mind paying a $30 cleaning fee but not happy having to per night.

The room was nice. Staff was friendly,

Cons:

The thermostat could have been turned up prior to our arrival. it was off and not a very nice day. Took quite a while to get warm. Television options were very limited.

Noisy upstairs people, no shower and rude unresponsive staff.
Pros:

I did enjoy the location and the general layout of the room

Cons:

I could not take a shower due to no hot water. I was meant by complete indifference on the part of the office staff. I stayed 3 nights without a chance to shower. No offer of compensation on checkout. Way too much money paid for that problem.

Great option for those needing ADA shower accommodations.
Pros:

Very clean. Coffee maker, starter coffee and sweetners, microwave and frig perfect for short stays. The fellow at the front desk was exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful. I had trouble with the door lock and he patiently worked me through the issue. It is a very short walk to shops/main town and walkable to the beach as well.

Great location! Nice to have beds for a family of 5 all in one room. Room was clean, kitchenette was nice to have too!

Cons:

There is a $30 per pet per night charge that we were not informed of until we arrived to check in. We searched for pet friendly, marked we were bringing pets then shocked at the extra 130 when we arrived!
Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Walls are pretty thin so when you have neighbors it does get a little loud.

Super comfortable beds, location was awesome. And the staff was super friendly.

Within walking distance of everything in the town

Cons:

When we arrived, the floor had a sticky spot from something that had been spilled prior. But a quick once over with a swiffer solved the problem pretty fast. Other than that, it was a great time.

It’s very close to all the shops was very convenient

Cons:

I honestly believe if your room is ready when you show up a little bit early to town, don’t make your guests. Wait they just want to drop off their bags and put them in their room. It’s very irritating. The room was done and clean hours before I showed up.

It was a good getaway

Cons:

The noise was bad. After hours called and they told the people to quiet down but didn’t help. Called twice They need to enforce the quote times. Second night wasn’t as bad but let office no the next day.
