Excellent location, awful stay/inn.

The location was right in the middle of the town.

Cons:

There was a chip in our sheets, chips scattered on the floor, my wife was bit by something, the shower head sprayed water everywhere, the shower head is unnaturally low, the code didn’t work when I first got there and I had to call the emergency number, and there was a pest control vehicle that arrived, so I imagine there are pests.

Close to everything .
Pros:

Our favorite motel in long beach. Close to beach drive in, one block to three restaurants and bakery. Room clean and comfortable. No problems.

Pros:

The male at the front desk was NOT friendly, welcoming or professional. He acted like we were bothering him. No greeting as we came in. No apology; could have said something like, " sorry we do not let guests check in early".
Also charged our card without asking if that was the one we wanted to use.
Very cold , uninviting, and just not friendly at all. No name tag. He had dark hair and was missing an upper anterior tooth. I highly doubt we will stay again.

Explained above. Also had requested an upstairs room.

Excellent, will book again!
Pros:

I really loved the kitchenette & how absolutely sweet the cleaning lady was!
The twin bed was so nice to have.
Pet friendly is always a plus!

Cons:

The parking situation is frustrating considering I have small children, the upstairs was very loud at 7am.
The 1 fan for the room did mind of suck.
