Good Option for Foreigner / Business Travel
Pros:

The hotel offering high level of service. You will feel the caring from housekeeping and their restaurants and front desk. The room is clean, good space. Enjoy so much in the stay. Sure will pick this hotel again in the future visit Louhe city.

One thing to improve, cleanness for changing room of swimming pool. And some customer smoking in non smoking public area.

漯河整個城市和酒店讓人感覺舒服，雖然不是五星酒店，房間非常整齊清潔，價格合理，非常不錯的享受！

Pros:

From our booking, we understood that the room rate must have included breakfast. But, the front desk at check-in counter confirmed no breakfast. So, we were not so happy but could not do anything.

Pros:

They did not want to make an invoice for even after I told them 10 times, i will pay the room and not hotels.com ! They kept insisting I should not pay even after my phone call with hotels.com and in this call it was confirmed i should pay the room. What is wrong with this people???
