Worked well for us near Rocky Mountains and Park and downtown Estes
Pros:

Great location, had a nice outdoor area upstairs with fire pit and I think there was live music.

Cons:

We had a few issues the first night but were resolved with the help of Justin.

Very nice older lodge, kind people that managed property. No grocery or gas stations to walk to. Reasonable priced.
Pros:

Overlooks a small part of Lake Estes, large covered patio with furniture and fire pits for large groups. Beautiful scenery and the Elk were in parking lot 2 days.

Cons:

Elevator is too small.Had to make extra trips . Need to update appliances refrigerator and microwaves, had broken parts.

Bathroom sink and tub took forever to drain
Bathroom ceiling had mold
Room floor had stains on it
Were spiders in room

Pros:

The pool was beautiful. Our room was very nice with a great view.

Cons:

The online booking said the breakfast was free. This was NOT true and advertising should reflect that. However, one of the staff was very accommodating and gave us a couple of vouchers.
Also, the TV didn't really work.

The location and the facilities are amazing. The rooms were very comfortable too.

Cons:

Next time I wouldn’t want to be on a first floor, it’s very loud when someone upstairs is walking.

Location was good. Gemma at reception was great.

Room and corridors smelled like smoke which was awful. Would not recommend staying here.
