Pros:

Lage zum Rocky Mountain Nationalpark und See.

Cons:

Sauberkeit, kein Deckenlicht im Zimmer, Müll im Außenbereich komplett überfüllt, Shampoo wurde bei dreitägigem Aufenthalt nicht aufgefüllt, an 2 von 3 Tagen wurde der Frühstücksbereich nicht pünktlich eröffnet, sodass die Gäste warten mussten und nach verspäteter Öffnung war das Frühstück noch nicht gänzlich aufgebaut. Insgesamt daher Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut.

Cons:

The shower wasn't draining and there was a fake finger nail left on the bathroom sink. The fridge was turned all the way up amd froze our food and water.

Outdated & hot breakfast was a joke

The location was great.

Cons:

There had been a fire in the part of the building our room was in, so it made kind of question if there was still a fire safety issue. My husband has a service dog & they wanted us to pay the pet fee. I had to inform them that is illigal. So they didn't charge us that, but wanted me to sign the pet agreement stating we had a pet in the room. Again I had to inform it was a service dog & they can not ask us to sign a pet agreement because he is not a pet. When we turned the AC on in our room it smelled horrible, so I used some of my body spray in the vents. The "hot" breakfast was a joke. It looked like they had put out leftovers from the night before. Only things that were hot was the chili, yes there was some kind of white chili, oatmeal, & the make your own waffles. But the waffles were sticking horribly too the waffle makers even using the nonstick spray. There was some kind of REALLY hard/tough rolls that were hard to chew. We could not figure out why there were diced tomatoes & onions, salsa & other random items for burritos when there was no wraps, meat, or eggs to make breakfast burritos. This hotel is definitely not worth what we paid.

Good. We liked Gemma the reception person. Quite helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was marginal. Coffee was burnt at 9:00 am. We didn't even bother to eat there the next morning.

Pros:

Location was great, close to downtown and a short drive to RMNP. Having a balcony was nice - but view was blocked by a big tree. Room was surprisingly clean. Beds were comfortable. Arcade room is definitely a plus with kids.

Cons:

Didn’t try the breakfast - based off the “weird” reviews. Pool is advertised as heated but it was freezing and we weren’t able to use. Our room specifically was right next to their “renovations”… which lead us to have to walk up flights of stairs, no elevator accessible near our room, and down 2 long hallways since the other stairs were closed down. We have a little one and when we went back in the afternoon to let him nap, the cleaners next door were slamming the door for over 30 minutes straight.
