Should be more helpful with info about stairs with and without railings, up to lobby or pool
Pros:

It is located in the main hub of Death Valley on a small hill with a view of the valley. The pool was large, 85 degrees and not too busy.

Cons:

Check in was rough because they were working on parking lot elevator and signs were confusing as to what to do with luggage, etc. The entire National Park had to turn the electricity off on check-out day from 8 - 4:00 PM. We had plenty of texts to warn and remind us but they never sent info or shared about how they would help us clients or even compensate us. No lights, coffee maker, A/C, ice maker, refrigerator, phone to call the bell desk or elevator. Catapillars everywhere - especially in the pool.

Great location inside Death Valley, but if you’re expecting five star hotel hospitality, stay in Las Vegas.
Pros:

Exceptional location and views of the valley. Charming historic structure with nostalgic appeal.

Cons:

The property is in poor repair. Inconvenient and inadequate parking in dirt lots. Ongoing construction makes navigating the property difficult, especially with inadequate and unlit signage at night. The staff were extremely unfriendly and inhospitable, obviously overworked and underpaid.

Best place to stay in Death Valley but set your expectations that it IS a national park.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Inn restaurant was the best in the park.

Cons:

Room quality was poor and issues with one of our two rooms were not resolved

We paid a lot of money for 2 nights for a sub par experience.
Pros:

Beautiful landscaping

Cons:

Rock hard mattress. No robes provided in room as stated. Hard to find your way around the premises. Elevator is rickety. Food was overpriced and burned.

Wir werden sicher nicht wiederkommen.
Pros:

Parkplatz und Eingang ins Hotel waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Under our expectations
Pros:

The position is very good, close to the main view points

Cons:

The price is very high compared to the level of the room: old, with air conditioning noisy and not possible to change.
