Pros:

The staff at check-in was very kind and helpful. The room had everything I needed (fridge, bed, bathroom, desk). The hotel is situated in such a beautiful area, and there is a fantastic coffee drive-thru around the corner.

Cons:

It was pretty dated and the furniture was a bit a worn, but it was clean enough.

Overall, I was pleased with my stay and I would stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Your staff was excellent, Friendly and professional. Rooms were clean. And pretty well set up.

Cons:

No phone number available until after I made a reservation. The upstairs room squeaked very loudly all night whenever they were walking around. The screws were coming out of my chair, I let the staff know. They said they would take care of it.You should check all your chairs at the minimum of one a time a year. It’s a lot cheaper than then a lawsuit for a broken chair.

Very comfortable room. Coffee pot , microwave and refrigerator are a very nice addition.
The bed was awesome.

Easy hwy access. Nice complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

We couldn’t get a ground floor room. There was no hot water. We kept asking about it, but they said just over use at check-in time. But we still didn’t have hot water in the morning. It was finally fixed so we could shower before we left. We were also way overcharged; typo error, but it was corrected fairly quickly.
