St Paul Hotel Wooster

awesome all around. Great little hotel with everything you need or want. nice staff and clean. Great shower and bathroom. Great bed. Good TV.

Clean and comfortable. Very convenient to everything downtown.

Bed a little to soft and tough to work thermostats.

This lovely, newly renovated hotel had one serious flaw. In my opinion there were no power outlets near the beds. Fortunately, my wife’s CPAP machine had a long cord so could reach the only close by plug. I’m also accustomed to hotels having several charging port for our devices. It seems as an afterthought, they provided one clock radio with a magnetic charger on top. That was inadequate for my spouse and my Phone’s plus charging watches.
Also, the television was not working when we arrived. The desk clerk came up to help and it probably took 45 minutes between all of us to get the TV operating again.

Everything about the stay was great. Staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great, and it was a great overall experience!

We had a fire drill thanks to a guest smoking in their room past midnight. The hotel is equipped with state of the art fire protection including the hearing impaired.
The Wooster FD arrived quickly and a city firefighter disabled the alarm upon inspection.
I am disabled and was totally comfortable with my safety during and after the alarm.
This security was in addition to the communication with the hotel and the services provided by staff members. My two night weekend stay included daily room services and a breakfast with many choices delivered to the room. The cost of the room was less than others downtown and the choice of restaurants and shops out the front door is great.

The OpenKey App didn’t work late at night. This required a very nice person to have to drive from their home to the hotel to let me in.

A modern boutique Hotel in an historic old town. Very close to good restaurants, too.

Lovely atmosphere. Thoughtful touches. Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast.

Nicolette welcomed me with a smile, was grateful that I chose their hotel. There was a big event in the area, but she made certain to find me a parking space! Whatever I needed, including recommendations for meals was kindly attended too.
The room was CLEAN and quiet and the bed was super cozy if you enjoy down with a choice of different levels of pillow comfort, along with both the air conditioner, and refrigerator that were QUIET.
The shampoo and conditioners worked with my hair since I forgot to pack my normal regime the product was a pleasant surprise.
I highly recommend visiting Wooster and staying at the St Paul!

We enjoyed our stay at the St Paul Hotel. The property was modern with high end touches of heated bathroom floors, 3 nice shower heads and the Vizio mirror screen. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast delivered to the room every morning was delightful, all site staff very friendly and pleasant. The hotel location was ideal and walkable to all shops and restaurants. Recommended to anyone visiting Wooster or surrounded towns.

We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub on the deck was the perfect thing to help us relax and enjoy my birthday. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the room was gorgeous. The hot tub was in good working order. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to do a little repair work on the deck and on the screens. We will definitely be back just for that room and for that deck. The hotel is also in very close walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Great weekend in Wooster!

Lovely downtown hotel. Room was spacious and well-appointed. Staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to downtown shops, coffee houses, and restaurants.
Nice change from chain hotels.

I was asked to present my ID. I went out to the vehicle and got it. While waiting in line, the guy in front of me was told he did not have to present his ID. I then asked if I needed to present my ID and was told now I do not. Also I have been sent about 10 requests to send a review. Here it is. They will not post this.

Great one night stay at the hotel after getting dinner at City Square and some drinks at Minglewood and Grigio. We love the complementary breakfast, chocolates, and rose upon arrival. Very welcoming staff. Carpeting in the room is slightly worn and could use replacing, but otherwise clean and comfortable.
