Pros:

Got an email for pre check in from last qunita and they tried to charge my card twice ans my room had already been paid for in full. Tried to call them and couldn't get a hold of them when I finally did they did not know what i was talking about

It was ok.
Pros:

. Beds were very comfy

Cons:

There were a lot of smudges and hair on the walls. There was a smear of blood next to the toilet.
The bottom of the mini fridge was full of dirt and dust. Our room also smelled like cigarette smoke. If this was a smoking room, it would have been nice to be given the option of a non smoking room

Great stay!
Pros:

Very clean. Awesome pool area. Rate was reasonable. Breakfast was good! Front desk guy was very pleasant and helpful. Man who cleans/tests the pool was very nice. Pool area has a great kidde pool and the main pool is quite big. Hot tub is nice.

Pros:

Staff was friendly. Cleanliness of room was okay and our stay overall was okay. the kiddie pool jets weren’t working, hot tub temp was cool, the pool had a cricket in it. It seems like they are lacking a maintenance person as there were signs off the walls, tape over an alarm, a door off the hinges.

Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Room was not very clean. The cabinet holding the fridge was moldy due to a leak.
The air conditioner/heater was dirty and so we're the windows.

Great Experience
Pros:

3d 3-day stay over the last 3 years. Very welcoming & friendly staff. Room was very clean…appeared freshly painted. Queen bed was very comfortable…wide variety of available pillows. Breakfast area was also very clean with a good variety of options. A very good experience.
