Cons:

Room not available at 3:00 and girl at the desk was very impersonal. We waited 15 minutes and she said we could check in. Then she said they had to check the room before we could enter. We waited in the lobby until 4:00 with no response from desk staff. I decided to check the room for myself. I found 4 housekeepers on their phones and 2 sitting on the floor. I asked if our room 317 was ready and one of them said it had been ready for a long time and walked me to the room and opened the door to see. I informed the front desk who was not apologetic. Upon entering our room there was no tissues, the clock was unplugged, not sure why, and half the mirror lights were out. Later we discovered stains on the comforter. The next morning we woke up to loud music. Opened the door to check and it was a housekeeper cleaning the room across from us. I asked her to lower it and she did and apologized.

Cons:

Still waiting on my $50 deposit after 3 days. I’ve never waited more than 1 day. I’ll up my review once my deposit is returned. I don’t want to have to call the credit card to back charge it.

Very nice for my granddaughter and me.
Pros:

The facilities and staff were very nice. It was located away from the interstate, but not too far. We had easy access to and from the location.

Save your money and find a better place to stay
Pros:

The staff was not helpful and didn’t seem to care. the elevator was broken and the staff knew and never put signs on the doors for it. We got stuck in it. The did not care the breakfast was not bad but not good either. Will never stay at another one ever again

Cons:

The carelessness of staff and corporate took three weeks to get our money back because they double charged us after we booked on booking.com.
