Will not stay there again
Pros:

Close to where i needed to be room was spacious , beds were comfortable

Cons:

Looked clean , smelled clean until i dropped something under bed , there were food and water bugs, bug bait containers , bottle of pills i threw in trash . Did you make sure your maids clean under the beds and under things it look clean until you start looking under things it was pretty nasty. Lots of water bugs.

Don’t stay to this place is the worse ever experience!!!!
I was able to make my reservation and they suddenly cancel arguing that ir was a systems error, the the word is the actitud of the representative she is not maners at all and so rude not educated at all

The customer service was outstanding! Especially Mike. However, the cleanliness was not up to par!
Pros:

Mike was so professional and accommodating! I really appreciate his help and generosity he truly has amazing customer service

Cons:

Rooms were not up to par. We had found dirty Qtips, floors were not vacuumed all the way, and the fan and curtains had a thick amount of dust on them.

This reservation was made for my 70 yo mother who was traveling alone for a dr. appointment. She arrived to the hotel late at night after a long day of traveling. She was given her hotel key and when she walked in the room, she noticed that the room had not been cleaned. She mentioned that the bed was unmade, there was trash in the waste bins and that there was an odor in the room. She was so disgusted with the room that she refused to stay there. She spoke with the attendant and mentioned that she would not be staying at this hotel for the night because of the dirty room. She returned the keys and left. She ended up leaving and having to look for another hotel to stay at. Even though she didn't stay in the room, it was still charged as if she had stayed there.

I booked this property through a third party booking agency due to its close proximity to the outlet mall in San Marcos. I was offered two separate rooms at the location. Both had extensive water damage in the bathrooms. You could smell the mold and mildew upon entering the rooms. The bathrooms had visible water damage with mildew and black mold. I am immune compromised and both my son and I have severe asthma; staying in either of the two rooms offered was out of the question for our personal health and safety. I had to seek accommodations at another hotel in the San Marcos area for the evening. Now I am dealing with the booking company and a property manager who is unresponsive, and I trying desperately to get my night’s stay reimbursed. I would not stay at this property until extensive repairs are made.

Customer service was very nice. The location was great!

Cons:

Great customer service and very comfortable beds, but the facility itself was in poor condition. The wallpaper was coming off, only one light worked, and there was mold in the bathroom. There was even a bag over the fire alarm. The staff is lovely, but the building needs serious maintenance
