How much of the room price is for running water?
Pros:

They knew when I checked in at 11:00 pm that there was no water in my room but said nothing. They checked me out at 11:00 am without saying anything about not having water all night even though the whole building had no water. They acted as if nothing was out of the ordinary. When I asked for a refund, the manager wanted to negotiate how much 'discount' I should get for having no running water. She wanted me to pay a certain percent for the bed, a percent for the a/c, and another percent for everything else the room provided besides water. She was trying to make the point that a small discount should be enough for my trouble. Total scam job and shady company.

Katie and Ryan were amazing. They made the stay for my family a 9/10. We will definitely be back. Affordable prices
Pros:

Everyone was super nice. It was clean and had vending and ice machines in accessible areas.

Cons:

One staff member needs a training course on customer service and communication. A course on how to handle feedback and professionalism.

Not great. Won’t be staying here again.

The location is great and all of the rooms are accessed from inside the hotel.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t friendly. There was construction going on. Everything was covered with some oily substance that had been used to “clean”. The rooms were dirty. Our bathtub had not been cleaned at all and still had hair in the drain. Pretty certain our room also had bedbugs. We woke up during the night with bites and stings on our face and neck.

The itching was so concerning and uncomfortable that we packed our things and left our reservation without finishing our stay. We didn’t even make it one night.

We also were treated with friendly treatment by the lady doing some janitorial/laundry work,at 2330 the same day. I've been All over, you have in these folks nuggets of gold. Big, burly bearded guy,, 30s or 40's. & Lady, 50"s thorough, English learning but conversed with my wife just fine.
rRoom wasn't perfect, but personnel were. Thank you.

Will not stay there in the future.
Pros:

Previous stay was great

Cons:

Our room shared a wall with the pantry and we were awakened as they started breakfast preparations before 5am. The second night (after we spoke to the front desk) there were noises coming from the pantry area most of the night.
