Washer stop working, had to pack all clothes up go to Laundry mat there was only 1 washer & dryer & the sink is by the door, coulda design for sink to be in bathroom, other than that no problem, excellent stay

Would have expected this from a $99-$150 a day hotel. Not something charging $230 a night.
Pros:

A/C was cold. Breakfast was good. Front staff in the morning and late evening were awesome.

Cons:

Facility was not clean. Hair in the shower (I'm bald). Hair on the back of the toilet. Carpet was dirty. Elevator had leaves on the floor. Bed was hard as a rock.

Not as good as it once was. Front desk workers not there often. Poor breakfast.

Gabriela was sooooo helpful and accommodating! She really went above and beyond making us feel welcome!

Ryan was very friendly and service oriented!

Cons:

Luggage trolleys are in pretty poor condition, need replacement.

Staff members were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and customer focused. Gabriela made extra effort to get our rooms near each other and made us feel like our satisfaction was her top priority.

Ryan was very friendly and personable, really cares about guest experiences.

Cons:

In room coffee would be nice.

Cheap but quiet.
Pros:

Decent bed. Average breakfast.

Cons:

I never got a key to my room! The manager let me in, but could never get a regular key to open the door. He said that there were no other rooms available. Odd, and probably unsafe.
