Hotel was very expensive. Room was clean. Area was dodgy.
Pros:

Room was nice and had plenty of amenities, like towels, soaps, and refrigerator.

Cons:

When I arrived, a guy was sitting on the bench next to the front entrance and he ask me for money. This immediately gave my a negative vibe about the area I was in and the security of the building and my car.

Pros:

Fine. I was visiting my son who lives in Marion. I might have preferred something closer to his residence.

Served the purpose for a business stay

No milk for the cereal. No employees around to help. Otherwise, sausage and eggs were great

Will not be back
Pros:

Locked out of room at 11pm maintenance got us in approx 1 am and then we had to switch room. New room ac was so loud wife unable to sleep. next morning out of coffee and breakfast generally unstocked. Front desk said I would have to talk to manager, she would have him call me. I have yet to hear from him and he has not responded to my email yet either.
I have stayed at this location numerous times but will not be back

Overall it was a good stay
Pros:

Was in a great area and the room was clean

Cons:

Their vending machine was out of order and they had very small varieties of snacks at the front desk and the prices were very high

Cons:

In the pictures on booking it shows a hot tub but they in fact do NOT have a hot tub it was the main reason I booked this place honestly!! Me and my daughter were disappointed. Make sure you go to the properties ACTUAL website b4 booking.

Comfy beds with great guest service
Pros:

The guy who worked the front desk was very helpful and listened to my concerns and also helped me with directions. He was very knowledgeable and very nice. I wish I got his name. The bed was very comfortable and my room was clean.

Cons:

I thought property had a hot tub like in the pictures and it did not.

Needs a good refresh
Pros:

Beds comfy, hotel quiet and good blackout blinds. Plenty of hot water for shower. Not exactly dirty, but doors weren’t clean and the age just made you question if deep cleaned. TV had two remotes with no instructions and coffee pot in room didn’t work. Breakfast expected for this chain,

Unfortunately breakfast was not as good as I thought it could be. Crock pot of gravy was luke warm.

Ability to check in and come and go as I pleased afterwards.

Was a rough looking place, damaged heaters in hallways. Chunks of trim broken in rooms. Puke in the elevator Sunday am. Filthy ice bucket, looked like dried up puke. Dirty hallways.
