After check in it was fine.
Cons:

Lady at the front desk was surly. There was a nice young man there also & he was helpful but this woman (I couldn’t read her name tag) was just not nice to me or the 2 little boys who came & asked her for change. She gruffly said they were out of change. And when I asked which way to the elevator she didn’t even look at me & tipped her head in a direction. It was WRONG! We had a trolley full of stuff & there was a man waiting to use it & “this woman” was just ugly. And she was very nice towards her fellow worker who seemed embarrassed. After traveling 2500 miles we were exhausted. This was our last night on the road & she was the first unfriendly person. Most front desk people are more civil.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Pros:

Absolutely nothing!

Cons:

It was dirty, dingy, staff was inept, curtains were hanging so that anyone parking or walking by could see in, TV wasn’t working and had to be rebooted by me, breakfast was subpar, parking wasn’t convenient…

I had a very nice stay.
Pros:

Very good location and had an excellent breakfast. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful.
