The property was nice the buffet options could be a little more western friendly the only thing I really ate was toast and a pastry for my paid breakfast
Same for the dinner menu could be a bit more extensive for a Hilton hotel

I can't emphasize enough how much this hotel needs overall improvement. If it’s part of Hilton, I would expect most of the staff to speak English. However, the front desk staff clearly need more training, particularly in their language skills.
I stayed here in early May for 10 nights, the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was great. The customer service is excellent, if the staff cannot understand you use Google translate. The hotel is far from the city centre, I used Uber for taxis and I never had a problem, I didn't know Uber worked in Turkey. The grounds are nice and there is 24 hour security, and also, a pool and gym. The restaurant food is brilliant, I recommend the Margherita pizza. You can't wash your clothes for a cheap price or you can get the hotel to do it for you. The coffee and tea is delicious and the view from the room is something else.
Stayed here before…rooms to hot …air con could not be adjusted from 26 degrees…could not sleep at night due to being to hot…staff could not do anything to help.
The heating the rooms was horrible.. it was like sleeping in a sauna every night.. apparently the entire hotels on the same hearing system .. even after opening room window did not really help
Good hotel and room service options. The day before my checkout, I was prompted to check out 3 times by staff. After clearing up the misunderstanding, they still went ahead and deactivated my room key card.
On the day of checkout, staff refused to help me get my suitcase down to the lobby, despite them knowing I had just had surgery.
The hotel is very poor condition, while our stay the road was blocked due to construction work , we had to move round round for 1hr and no body to help

Why not keep a sign board to show the access way to come to Hotel they put all balm on government
Not a clean hotel. The room had hair in the bathroom and carpet had several stains on it.
The staffs are always available to assist you to make your stay comfortable.the receptionist are nice and humble.i like that
The staff was rude, I was in an international video call and one of the front desk guys asked to low my voice that they were trying to talk between them . I didn’t liked his tone of voice , it was rude , they don’t qualify for that job since they don’t have manners .

Also the shower towels they need to buy new ones, the ones they are using are very old and deteriorated.
The air conditioner was too hot, we reported it but they never showed. We slept with the windows open due we couldn’t stand the the temperatures.
While the hotel presented a pleasant and well-maintained environment with a friendly staff, it may not be the ideal choice for tourists or families. Situated in a somewhat secluded location, I observed that both local residents and fellow hotel guests did not exhibit a welcoming attitude towards foreigners. Consequently, I have decided not to consider staying here in the future.

It is a dissent hotel close to the old airport of Istanbul. Still occupated and well maintained. Rooms are nice, bad is good.

Hotel staff are not very helpful, very unorganized, the hotel smells like sewer due to leaking drains in the car park. Don’t waste your money on this hotel
