Pro: Good location within the park, clean, nice rooms. Friendly staff at registration and souvenir shop.
Con: no WiFi in room and dining options are limited.
Inside the park. It's convenient.
Great stay !
The room was very basic but very practical for touring the park.
It was Yellowstone. Of course it was spectacular.
The registration service was great. Michael from Alabama was extremely friendly helpful.
But the lodge was a 2 star at best. The room was cramped. The bathroom more so.
The restaurant was barely average and ridiculously overpriced. $16. / person for a breakfast buffet that no mid range hotel would serve for free. Cold plates made for cold eggs. The sausage was undercooked and inedible. The “french toast” was made from white sandwich bread. Tater-tots were served instead of hash brown potatoes and they were hard as rocks.
Dinner was no better. My “wagu burger was a commissary patty that was uniformly gray except for some grill marks that could have been from a George Foreman grill. The prices were four star but the food was two star at best.
But there were no other dining options so we overpaid for our food and did not come back.
We were there unknowingly on the last night open for the season, although the staff was friendly enough the restaurant and bar were out of just about everything.
5 minutes walked to dining facility. Love quieted area no bear to be found. No internet available in room 😃
Nice rooms, Very convenient location for visiting Yellowstone Gaisers. Very lousy restaurant: long waiting times, lukewarm food, limited selection.
Clean room, friendly staff.
Staff was exceptionally helpful 👍
I feel like the place is really average for the price they are asking. It needs renovations, the amenities are seriously lacking, and there was no wifi in the rooms. The location was good, given it was just a 30 minutes drive to old faithful.
Check-in staff and information were lovely. Dining staff need improvement. Menu is limited. Overcharged for our meals and said that’s how they have to ring it up. Room was dirty. Facilities closed before hotel did. Location only good reason to stay.
Nice place to stay, elk right outside our room.
Great location to grand Tetons and Yellowstone. Can access either side of the park from the lodge.
Great location but very limited food options given the grill closes early so you’re left with the inn for dinner with no reservations until at least 9pm so book before you go.
Inn has ok food. Limited seating due to low staff but that’s based on current us administration.
No info ahead of time that you need to go to the reservations building to check in , which doesn’t have a sign for ‘check in’ so must stop there first.
No service but you’ll find this is one park where you won’t get service anywhere so know route before you go.
I arrived late at night due to flight delays and was so appreciative to have a friendly person there to help me check in! Thank you
Everything except the breakfast was super. Breakfast was terrible. Round flavorless eggs , sausage questionable and burritos. Very little fruit and no pastries. I would not recommend this place because of the breakfast.
Very limited food options, poor wifi, bathroom was not very clean. Location was great, but limited things to do in the immediate area. Would not recommend, especially for the price.
Everything was great except the food situation, because it was the end on the season, only the main resturant was open and there were no other options avaliable. Lots of tables but limited staff so empty tables and people waiting.
The lodging was perfect for us. Only problem was restaurants in area closed at 6:30 or the ones open didn’t have reservations before 9:00.
