Smoke and Mirrors
Pros:

The staff, the location.

Cons:

The hot tub is NOT working. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website or reviews. This was the whole reason we booked this hotel because it had a Jacuzzi and pool. The water was absolutely freezing The elevator buttons don't seem to work at times too. The room was great but beds were uncomfortable and pillows were not fluffy.

Stayed 5 days and never had any problems with Noise, smoke smell, and it was PERFECT 🥰
Pros:

The location, room was very neat and clean. Breakfast was Amazingly GREAT. They leave coffee out and ready along with water all night. If not they make it fresh. The service and staff are very friendly and polite. They were helpful because we got snow in and they were understandable and worked with everyone. Hallelujah ☦️. Thank you Jesus ..

The BED WAS LIKE CLOUD 9.. when I sat down in it I began to sink a Lil and the pillows were sooo soft.
