Stayed 5 days and never had any problems with Noise, smoke smell, and it was PERFECT 🥰
Pros:

The location, room was very neat and clean. Breakfast was Amazingly GREAT. They leave coffee out and ready along with water all night. If not they make it fresh. The service and staff are very friendly and polite. They were helpful because we got snow in and they were understandable and worked with everyone. Hallelujah ☦️. Thank you Jesus ..

Pros:

The location was great, it was decently cleaned. We didn’t eat the breakfast but from what it seemed the breakfast looked ok. It’s not bad for a moderately priced place to stay for a night or two.

Cons:

There weren’t extra blankets for the pull out bed. There were visible bodily fluid stains on the couch cushions, which led to our family of 5 sleeping on the 2 queen beds.

It was very dirty. Baseboards were missing everywhere - the ground floor, the 2nd and 3rd floors also were missing baseboards. The carpeting was absolutely filthy with stains. There was a smell that was noticeable on all levels. The inside of the elevator didn’t even feel clean. The shower/tub area was also not in the best condition. We avoided taking a shower. Bug found in the bed, we’re not sure what it was. Management came up, looked at it (we don’t think it was a bed bug) and apologized and offered us something from the marketplace as compensation. We ended up leaving early and losing the money we paid for that night because we couldn’t sleep there a second night.
