Super personale, meget hjælpsomme, smilende og behagelige. Jeg havde valgt et ikke ryger værelse for 13 dag og havde næsten hele 11 etage for mig selv. Selvom alle andre etager var godt bukket.
Badeværelset var lidt slidt ellers ikke noget at klage over.

建物全体の冷房が効きすぎて部屋のエアコン消しても夜は寒い。

Location, and all staffs are very attentive and helpful.
Since we arrived quite early, we could store our luggage while waiting for available room. Any problem was addressed promptly; there were some ants when we checked into our room, but the cleaning lady came and dealt with it right away. We booked a Harris Unique room, and the room was spacious, smelled good, and with great view.
The minibar refrigerator was not cold enough.
