Nice and easy to check in , gives us a taste of what Bali is like . Helpful and really kind staff

Value for money. Friendly staffs and location is easy for us Muslims to find Halal food nearby. Laundry place is just across the road. Even Guardian Pharmacy is nearby.

Nice central spot

I stayed in one of the suites on the ground floor. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff were very attentive.

I have travelled to Bali in excess of 50 trips over the years and stayed in many hotels and villas. I have previously stayed multiple times in another hotel 50 metres away and have walked past Neo+ many times. My decision to stay there for my first time was a great choice.
Checking in,I was greeted by smiling,enthusiastic front office staff,this attitude continued throughout my stay within all departments,F&B,Housekeeping and Security.
I reconnect with many Indonesian friends during my holiday time that come and visit whichever hotel I may be located in. I have to say that all of my friends that visited Neo+ were treated with respect by all staff. During my observations of staff in each department it was obvious to me that training is a high priority here and due to the attentiveness,I didn’t need to want for anything.
My room was clean along with the hotel common areas and there was always someone sweeping up leaves or rubbish in the parking area,remember this is the first impression the customer sees prior to check in.
Food and coffee were of a high standard and presentation was also nice and good value for money.
I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 nights here and will return again,also to reconnect with staff who became somewhat like family. I suggestion for improvement,please replace the old,dirty illuminated Hotel Neo+ sign at the entrance as this does not reflect on the quality of the hotel.

The staff are .lovely, friendly,and very helpful,nothing is to much trouble..close to poppies 2, and for me walking distance to everything. Very clean, good food.it is my go to hotel in legion.

Just about one of the center activities in Bali's touristic area. Not bad as an option to stay in Bali though especially if you into leisure life after hour ..

Good location, walking distance to shops, markets, places to eat.
Lovely pool and wonderful staff. They were all lovely.

I really regret my stay here. The check-in process took 30 minutes even though I arrived at 2:30PM. The room was very dirty, the door lock broken and difficult to open, the floor with dark dirty and old, the towels were worn out, and the mattress and bedsheets were dirty with blood stains. The room also felt cramped and stuffy.

Honestly, there’s nothing good about this hotel. They even took a photo of my passport using a phone, which made me feel very uncomfortable and worried. The location is also far from everything. I won’t come back again, there are many better hotels in Bali to stay at. (Refer to my pictures)
