A little out of the way but there is that little touch of luxury.
Pros:

I stayed in one of the suites on the ground floor. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The staff were very attentive.

Average hotel in the middle of Kuta
Pros:

The service personal is really friendly and cheerful and polite.
The room was very clean.

Cons:

Cleanness of the pool could be better. Rats can be seen in pool area!!! Absolutely not nice to see.
Pool towels are provided very difficult. 150 guest rooms and only 2 persons at pool area and there are no available pool towels? How is that?
Coordination by breakfast need to be improved. Not understanding how could lack of eggs in the middle of the breakfast time.
Rooms are poorly soundproofed, everything and from everywhere could be heard. Beside it there are mouses marching in the ceiling whole night :(

Pros:

The staff are .lovely, friendly,and very helpful,nothing is to much trouble..close to poppies 2, and for me walking distance to everything. Very clean, good food.it is my go to hotel in legion.

Loved the Hotel and its staff. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to shops, markets, places to eat.
Lovely pool and wonderful staff. They were all lovely.

Cons:

Would have liked a better selection of Western food for breakfast and the milk for cereal wasn't chilled.

Misleading
Pros:

Staff were friendly and that is about it. The reviews of this place are misleading.

Cons:

1. Rooms are not that clean, there were many ants in the room and we also found 2 cockroaches. While I don’t expect much for the price, I do expect cleanliness.

2. Soundproofing - be prepared to be disturbed. There as a karaoke bar across the street that goes until 3am and is very loud. You can hear people moving above you and next to you whilst in your room. Lastly the hotel blasts music from 7am-11pm everyday in the hallway.

3. Hotel breakfast didn’t always seem the most fresh and we preferred to spend money outside at a nice restaurant instead.

Cons:

Not clean , room not very clean at all . Kid in nappy in the kid part of pool with its nappy and pj’s on . Realised she soiled herself decided to investigate with her hands and then washed hands in pool water . Wouldn’t eat or swim there not once . One week waisted .
