Pros:

Mon déplacement était professionnel et c'est d'autant plus agréable de trouver ce type d'établissement où on peut se reposer dans une quiétude appréciable.
Très bel établissement bien situé au coeur d'Erfoud.
Personnel aimable chaleureux et accueillant.
Je recommande cet hôtel où je ne manquerai pas de retourner lors d'un prochain voyage.

A Reasonable Compromise
Pros:

Better than I expected. Breakfast buffet style which is good. Coffee the lowest grade, no expresso. In the room the usual plumbing problems with drains, shower heads, toilet running. Nice swimming pool but unfortunately it was just too cold and rainy to take advantage of. They have a bar but the prices for wine were three times what one would pay at a store (of which there were none).
