Hôtel Première Classe Chartres Barjouville

This is our 2nd or 3rd stay here on the way to the Dieppe/Newhaven ferry. It is ok for a quick stopover and they are dog friendly too. This time the noise from adjacent rooms was pretty bad, although not necessarily the hotel’s fault. The soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work well and the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. For €72 without breakfast ( which we’ve never had) it wasn’t fantastic value for money. We’ll probably try somewhere else next time.

Very comfortable bed as always.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Spain last year and again this year. It is clean and the location near an amazing bakery, restaurants and a large supermarket is ideal. I’d be happy to return a third year and I’d certainly recommend the hotel for an overnight stay to anyone else.
The only criticism is that someone was living in a tent next to the hotel. He had a friendly elderly dog and shopping trolleys next to his tent with his belongings in. Whilst this wasn’t a problem, I’m surprised the hotel allowed it.

Franchement super hôtel très propre et agréable.

Chambre petite mais propre (on pouvait le sentir à l'arrivée). La salle de bain est assez grande pour ne pas se sentir trop serré.
Accueil efficace et bienveillant.
Bien pratique pour une nuit de repos en chemin vers le sud..

Dommage que cette chambre (016) sente le tabac. Généralement les tapis de douche se réduisent et les oreiller sont trop mou, obligé de mettre les serviettes de toile

Je dis cela pour le confort des clients, néanmoins je choisi vôtre hôtel chaque fois que je viens à Chartres car très accessible.

This hotel is perfect for our needs whilst travelling to our holiday home in Central France. The price is good, the rooms are warm in winter and cool in summer and the breakfast is more than adequate.

Was very disappointed in stay this time room was on the ground floor by reception smelt of cigarette smoke and people put tables right outside bedroom window and sat drinking and smoking and was very noisy until late

We stay regularly overnight. But duvets far too hot! We always take covers off! Staff pleasant and hotel clean and well presented

Comfortable and basic. Good value for money.
However, the grab rail and shower seat in the bathroom needs replacement, as heavily rusted. Otherwise clean and tidy.
