Staff was great. Location was good.

Cons:

The pull out sofa needs a new mattress. Its very uncomfortable. The mattress is uneven and you can feel the bars.

THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH MY CHECK IN AS BOOKING NEVER SENT OVET THE CHANGED DATES, BUT THE FRONT DESK..I THINK HER NAME WAS MELISSA, WAS ALL OVER IT TRYING TO HELP GET ME CHECK IN PROMPTLY. CALLED HER BOSS, REVIEWED THE MANUAL FOR EXTERNAL BOOKING AND IT WAS ON BOOKING.COM'S SIDE OF THINGS. I WAS ON HOLD WITH THEM WHILE SHE WAS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT MY ISSUE ON THE BACKEND. ALL THINGS WERE TAKEN CARE OF AND I WAS ABLE TO CHECK IN AFTER ABOUT 23 MIN AFTER ARRICAL

A suite, two connecting rooms, with two king size beds for the price I paid was a great deal.
Pros:

The continental breakfast had some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had; the rest of it was just ok. Also, the coffee was excellent.

Cons:

The ice maker being broken on our floor was a bummer.

Left feeling like I should have paid $65 for the room instead of $150.
Pros:

Cinnamon roll was good. Bed was decent.

Cons:

Dog food all over the floor in our room upon arrival. At least it didn’t smell like dog. Breakfast was largely not edible, and I’ll eat just about anything. Eggs tasted like lukewarm plastic. Fridge compressor was very loud and had to unplug st night.
