We had a good nights sleep and the staff were great.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. The sheets soft and pillows werer good.
The Bathroom looked good but (see below). The towels were adequate (3 sets available).
Loved having the room immediately after exiting the elevator.

Cons:

The bathroom's shower could have been cleaner.
The cushions on the sofa bed side of the seating were a little flattened from use but they did seem clean.

no me limpiaron mi habitación un dia y no lograron resolver porque ya no habia personal de limpieza. La limpieza de la habitacion deficiente 100%

Great room and breakfast but no streaming TV services
Pros:

Great sized room with everything you need to be comfortable and sleep.well.

Cons:

No streaming services and a smaller than preferred TV. It's very out of touch to only offer cable channels (with loads of ads) so please consider keeping pace with your competitors and add streaming TVs like we had at two Hilton properties this vacation. It makes all the difference!

Pros:

Staff was great. Location was good.

Cons:

The pull out sofa needs a new mattress. Its very uncomfortable. The mattress is uneven and you can feel the bars.
