Extremely Disappointing Experience. What started as a simple request for help with a TV remote escalated into a shocking situation for my family. Instead of resolving a routine customer service issue, a hotel employee pounded on our door and threatened to have us removed, frightening my young child. We no longer felt safe staying and had to leave. I reported the incident to both hotel management and IHG. However, IHG said they could not override the hotel's decision, and the hotel refused to refund our stay or meaningfully address our concerns. This experience was not about a TV remote. It was about how a minor issue was handled with a lack of professionalism and accountability. Not safe to say and I don't recommend this hotel to any one.
Nice amenities, good location
Only issue we ran into was with getting enough towels in our room and in the pool area
The breakfast were good & we were able to use the EV charger for our car which served our needs when touring around the area given the gas prices now.
The ventilation was horrible… ac unit was noisy… had a south facing room which didn’t help making it difficult for the ac to keep up. Also the tv remote didn’t work properly

Staff was unfriendly and wasn't listening during check in - asked the same question 4 separate times. Room was not clean at check in (mold in shower, dirt on bed).

the room was clean and had the basic things we needed. Staff was friendly and professional.
I booked for three people, but the third bed/fold out couch was not made up and so we had to call for sheets and blankets when we got in around 10pm. There were only two regular coffee pods and the quality of that coffee was poor (low quality brands). I had written an email asking about receiving some food to go early, as we needed to leave at 5:30. no one replied to my email.

Stop using 3rd party booking companies. I couldn't get a copy of my bill. It has to come from bookings.com. I will think twice before using a 3rd party for reservations.
close to everything but not in the congested downtown area.
The price, but seemed to be higher in the area overall due to the summer tourism in Colorado.
