Great location and stay
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff particularly Jihane who was very helpful and welcoming. Good breakfast and egg station.

Cons:

it was a little awkward to get in and out of the bath tub to use the shower. Might be difficult for those with limited mobility

Pros:

L accueil très agréable du personnel souriant du parking à la réception ainsi qu'au buffet.
La proximité de tout, la voiture est restée au parking et c'est un luxe.
Belle chambre bon petit déjeuner.

High quality, amazing value
Pros:

I have stayed in Marrakech many times and always had a great time, but this hotel added something extra special.All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean, modern and spacious, very comfy and quiet.The breakfast was exeptional ,and although i stayed 10 nights i was never short of a new choice,especially the fresh bread, omelettes, pancakes and pastries plus good supply of fresh juice and coffee.thankyou to all the staff from reception to bar to cleaning it was a great stay.

A beautiful hotel to stay
Pros:

The lobby of the hotel and its restaurant are well decorated with lovely art, colors and lights. The hotel room we stayed was comfortable and spacious with a balcony where I got pretty views.

Cons:

The bathroom with a bath tub and without a screen or curtain to block the water from splitting out when people took a shower. The toilet flush button was hard to use and the cover came off the wall.
