Not suitable for travelers with early morning flights, no staff in the early morning
Pros:

Good value and close proximity to the airport

Cons:

The room had a funny smell. But seems like there is no staff there at 4.40am when most people with early morning flights would be expected to check out.

Since there were no staff, I checked out by writing a note and leaving my room key on the reception counter. When I did that I accidentally left my iPad on the reception counter because I put it down to write the note.

By the time I realized I had already walked out of the hotel. I tried to go back to get my iPad but the door was closed and no staff to let me back in. I called the bell for some time before someone finally answers the door and let me in.

The person who let me back in was not polite at all. He was not rude but he seemed annoyed that he had to come let me in.

It was not a great experience and left a bad impression. This hotel is not great for travelers with early morning flight. For an airport hotel, please have enough staff to be at reception from 4.30am - this is the time most ppl with early morning flights will need to check out. The door should also be open from 4.30. Don’t u guys have airport shuttle running from 4.55?

And if guests accidentally leave something behind. Staff should show a little empathy and not make the guest feel bad. It leaves a terrible impression

Well looked after by staff after long flights back home.
Pros:

Every stay I have here is just so welcoming. Staff at reception are so helpful. Always my choice of hotel to stay at when catching a plane overseas or coming back to rest in for the night before heading home. Close to shops and train station.

Cons:

No comment here as I’ve always had a very positive stay.
