PASS KEY ISSUES
Pros:

stay was great, just need to get pass key issue fixed had to have key reprogrammed the next moening then when we were leaving I went back to room and key would not work again.

Stay away… BEDBUGS!!!!
Checked in at 5:15, when I decided to get in bed, I found a bedbug on the pillow and notified front desk at 9:14 that I’d found a bedbug. Even took it to them in a cup to show them. Asked for a refund due to only being there 4 hrs and the fact they have bedbugs. Was just informed they denied my refund… STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Comfy beds and super comfy pillows, probably the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel room. Hotel needs renovations. It’s just dated. There was a sticker in one of the beds.

We enjoyed our stay. Went to Andalusia for the Candyland Festival. This hotel was very convenient to come and go to the venues. Breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again if in the area
