Pros:

Dostaliśmy dodatkowe prześcieradło gdy ostatniego nie poprosiliśmy.

Cons:

Lato, upał, a basen nieczynny, bo akurat w szczycie sezonu w remoncie. W łazience nie byl uzupełniony płyn do kąpieli, opakowanie bylo puste. O 6.30 rano dosłownie za oknem ekipa remontowa zaczęła maksymalnie hałasować i nie moze bylo dalej spac.
Po hotelu w dobrej sieci oczekiwałam więcej.

Nice rooms, good position to explore the surrounding area.

Cons:

We booked this hotel many weeks ago because it had a swimming pool. When we arrived we were told the pool was out of commission - not great when the outside temperature was over 100 deg f. We think we should have been told in advance of this situation giving us the opportunity to book elsewhere. Also at breakfast half the beverage machines were out of order. Not great and a real shame. spoilt our stay.

Lokatie prima, erg gehorig, jammer van het zwembad dat stuk/leeg was zonder eerder te melden.

Zwembad is leeg en moet gemaakt worden, was niet vermeld. Erg jammer als je met 3 kids komt die ook willen zwemmen na een lange autorit. Je kiest het hotel uit omdat er o.a. ook een zwembad aanwezig is.

Le petit déjeuner est varié. Les chambres sont très grandes.

Cons:

Piscine fermée. Aucune information de leur part sinon nous aurions réservé à un autre hôtel.

Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen und würden es nicht nochmal buchen.
Cons:

Der Pool war scheinbar schon seit mehreren Wochen geschlossen. Leider wurden wir darüber im Voraus nicht informiert und der Pool stand uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht zur Verfügung. Außerdem hat sich das Hotel um keine angemessene Alternative gekümmert und ist auf Anfragen nicht eingegangen.

Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen und würden es nicht nochmal buchen.

La formalità nel chiedere una fee per check-in leggermente anticipato non compensata dalla totale omissione di informare preventivamente gli ospiti sull'inabilità della piscina... che non è sembrata di certo temporanea. Avremmo scelto un'altra struttura. Credo che sia un argomento che Booking dovrebbe affrontare con la struttura e chiedere un minimo risarcimento per gli ospiti.
