OK for one night.
Pros:

Breakfast staff was kind and accomodating.

Cons:

No chair in the room besides the desk chair. The standing lamp was there.
Pool and hot tub down for renovation. No notice given.
Patio for dining closed.
No designated doggy area.
Requested first floor room and was given a 3rd floor room. Thankful for the elevator.

Lediglich die gute Lage des Hotels und die Größe des Zimmers

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber und in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem war der Pool wegen angeblicher Renovierung von der nichts zu sehen war geschlossen. Laut Google Rezensionen ist dieser schon lange geschlossen.

Facilities are clean, staff is nice but will not stay there again.

Clean facilities, comfortable beds, good location.

Cons:

There are no coffee machines or hot water facilities in the rooms. They host large busloads of tourists. Breakfast is extremely crowded with no sitting room. If you are doing an early morning tour you will have to skip breakfast before the tour. The coffee station separate from the breakfast opens at 9,30 am.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione dell’hotel, comoda sia per il supermercato sia per il punto di partenza di alcuni tour per l’Antelope Canyon, oltre che vicina alle principali attrazioni della zona.

Ci è piaciuta anche la colazione. Ovviamente si tratta sempre di una tipica colazione da motel americano, ma la qualità ci è sembrata leggermente superiore alla media e con qualche scelta in più rispetto ad altre strutture simili.

La camera era molto spaziosa e ben organizzata. Tuttavia, la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata.

la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata. C’era una cartaccia incastrata vicino alla finestra già al nostro arrivo e mai rimossa, così come un fazzoletto sotto la scrivania che non è mai stato pulito durante il soggiorno. Anche il pavimento non sembrava particolarmente pulito.

Un altro aspetto negativo riguarda la sala colazioni: nei momenti di maggiore affluenza, come durante la nostra terza mattina con l’arrivo di diversi pullman turistici, lo spazio si è rivelato insufficiente per accogliere comodamente tutti gli ospiti. Sarebbe utile ampliare la sala in previsione dei periodi più affollati.

Pros:

Localização e simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Para além da limpeza que não estava em condições ( o chão estava sujo), o facto de o pequeno almoço ter sido tomado num balcão, em pé. A sala estava cheia de pessoas do mesmo grupo que invadiram o Hotel

Gute Lage, schöner Ausblick am Rande des Ortes.
Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Sauberkeit war in Ordnung aber nicht top. Schmutziges Bettlaken wurde direkt ausgetauscht, der Rest war in Ordnung. Pool wurde gerade renoviert, aber es war ohnehin noch Saisonbeginn, also nicht nicht wirklich Wetter dafür.

Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht .

Cons:

Wir hatten etliche Motten im unserem.Zimmer,das war furchtbar,laut Hotelmanagerin aber saisonal bedingt.Kaum zu glauben.Das Frühstück unglaublich wenig Auswahl und wie immer nur Plastikgeschirr.Auf der Terrasse konnte man auch frühstücken,jedoch wurde dort nicht sauber gemacht.Am Nachmittag flog der ganze Plastikmüll auf die Strasse.Wir hatten das Hotel extra mit Pool gebucht.Dieser war allerdings ohne Wasser trotz 30 Grad Hitze.Das ist unglaublich.Die Nachbarhotels hatten ihre Pools alle gefüllt .Das war das schlechteste Hotel ,das wir je in den USA hatten.
