Cons:

Pool was closed, we weren't informed about this beforehand and it wasn't mentioned anywhere. We specifically booked this hotel because of the pool. Employees weren't helpful in finding a solution. Booking.com thankfully offered a free cancellation and we booked a different hotel.

Cons:

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la piscina è una volta arrivati la ci è stato detto che la piscina non era disponibile per via di lavori mai comunicateci!
Staff super scortese e arrogante.
Non comunicare un cambiamento del genere è gravissimo anche perché noi abbiamo pagato un prezzo con piscina inclusa e non ci è stata rimborsata nessuna differenza, nonostante le richieste in loco!
Se volete la piscina andate altrove

En general bien,pero no informaron que la picona estaba en arreglo largo. La oferta no debe incluir Lucina por que no tiene.

Cons:

Que ofrezcan hotel con piscina y en realidad no hay servicio de piscina por un arreglo grande.

There are many options in this area. The customer service here was severely lacking.
Pros:

Location was close to Anrelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend

Cons:

Being charged $40 for early check in (we were1 hour early) when the rooms were ready. This is after being told the pool is under construction which was not stated when we booked.

Location was great easy reach of everywhere

The pool was closed and it was 108 degrees was not made aware of this until check in by that time was too late to cancel and re book some where else

Pros:

Stanza molto grande e pulita. Ottimo appoggio per visitare antelope canyon e monument valley. Hotel vicino a ristoranti e supermercati. Comodi il frigo e il microonde in camera.

Cons:

La colazione. C'era pochissima scelta di cibo americano. Non una colazione continentale. Mobilia un pò datata, da ristrutturare.

Walked to dinner nearby. Quick stop from Page to Monument Valley. It was adequate and breakfast was ok.

Not coming back to this property again
Pros:

Appears to be remodeled. Room was very nice and comfortable

Cons:

Spa was broken. We almost got stuck in the elevator when we left; had to get all our luggage down on the staircase. Some is the staff was polite but not helpful; kind of passive aggressive.
