Lage und Pool ganz OK, das war aber schon alles.
Leider sehr viele Asiatische Gäste ( ganze Bustouren) im Hotel, daher sehr laut und Frühstück in Ruhe war nicht möglich.
Personal am Empfang leider sehr Unfreundlich und nicht motiviert. Weiterhin ist der check in erst ab 16:00 Uhr kostenfrei. Wir waren bereits um 13:30 Uhr da und sollten um 15:00 Uhr nochmals kommen, mehr wurde nicht gesagt. Um 15:30 Uhr sollten wir noch 40 Doller für early Chick in zahlen. Da warten wir zusätzlich noch die halbe Stunde ab. Das ist für ein Best Western Hotel kein gute Standard und wurde uns um 13:30 Uhr nicht mitgeteilt. Wir hatten auf unserem Roadtrip weitere Best Western Hotels, wo ein früherer Check in problemlos möglich war.

- Half of the time the front desk was vacant
- Housekeeping was practically non-existent. Despite opting in for housekeeping, they didn’t turn up on the first day. I asked reception twice that same day asking if they could attend as we needed shampoo, body soap and fresh towels; but housekeeping never turned up. I ended up having to get us everything from the front desk myself as the shampoo and body soap was empty to begin with.
- The pillows were terrible.
- The shower had no water pressure and a hopeless shower head.
- The air conditioning unit was extremely loud which made it very difficult to sleep.
- The walls/ceilings are very thin so you can hear people

Schönes geräumiges Zimmer, deutlich besser als die üblichen Motels, gutes Frühstück mit Frühstücksraum, schöner recht großer Pool mit Whirlpool und Liegen, im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Motels in dieser Gegend auch tatsächlich in Betrieb, großer Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, perfekte Lage für Ausflüge zu Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Kajak Fahrten auf dem Lake Powell, etc.
Frühstücksraum und Buffet kann sehr schnell übervoll werden, wenn Bustouren zum Frühstück kommen

La struttura è rimasta chiusa per dei giorni! Sono stati gentili ad aver avvisato subito e abbiamo ottenuto subito il rimborso e trovato facilmente un'altra sistemazione

Bathroom was totally over flowing... and none came to fix ...even though we requested few times...no other room provided as well... staff was no helpful at all... stay some where else.. perhaps small inn.
