ausserdem lag unser studio sehr nahe zur strasse.
Location to the beach and walking distance to shopping mall and bars..Dennis and all the staff where excellent and made sure everyone was happy and comfortable,I will take at firefly again and would recommend to family and friends..

Friendly, courteous, attentive staff who made sure I was comfortable and my needs are met. I needed emergency cash and they were able to assist. Food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were delicious and excellent value, not to mention the open air and view of the water. Beautiful beach with tree-shaded area for getting out of the sun. Restaurants and a shopping center with a grocery store and pharmacy all within walking distance. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds.

Small things that can be easily improved - sliding entry door is very dificult to open (high friction), bathroom door cannot be closed, kettle not working, water stagnating in some old brokeb jacuzzy very close to cottage -> mosquitos were really present, etc)
We were upgraded to a lovely apartment on the beach called Pelican. It was super clean and great facilities. WiFi was good. Super friendly and attentive staff. Helped me with all my questions.
It was a little noisy on the first evening because there was a party on the beach a few properties away.
It is a perfect place just right on the beach. Very clean, well kept. Staff is amazing which is not a standard in Jamaica. Food in the restaurant very good which was a surprise as I find beach bars places where they serve bad food. This was not the case. Well equipped
Not an issue for me but place is old, old furniture's etc. If you expect luxurious resort it is not a place for you
Beds are uncomfortable but they did add a mattress pad that helped some
Enjoyable stay at a cosy, small cottage. The staff were very nice and made us feel welcome right from the check-in. Great location right on the beach. Nice rooms with good beds. Excellent food on new years eve.
The waiting times at the restaurant was very, very long, especially for breakfast. They could use more staff. The food was good though and friendly staff

The beach access and location is ideal for everyone at Firefly. The kitchen in the room we were in was well equipped and had everything that we needed to enjoy cooking our favorite meals while away from home.
The price of the room was excellent and the room was very spacious. Unfortunately, the resort had no power when we checked in. Thankfully, the bar had a generator and Sophia served up some awesome rum punches. The electricity was restored later, but in the morning we had no hot water to shower before check-out.

Although, I’ve been to Negril many times before, this was my first time staying at Firefly and I regret not staying there sooner.
The grounds and well maintained, rooms are spacious and clean, staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend and look forward to staying there again!

Nous avions un studio en étage avec une grande terrasse qui donnait sur une décharge pas terrible !! On note le manque d'entretien c'est très vieillot. La propreté est pas top. Manque des ustensiles pour la cuisine des prises. Le personnel du restaurant pas très sympathique.
