I was a bit unsure at first when I arrived as the hotel was in a out of the way location, don’t be put off by the reception area as the rooms certainly make up for the plain looking reception area. the lady in charge was very helpful though we were only able to communicate using Google translate which made the experience all that much better. The one bedroom apartment that I had was very large as was the bedroom and living area.
Downtown was easy to get to for food and shopping and I would recommend this place if you like a quite neighbourhood to spend a few days .

The location is fine but unless you are fine with limited service, ok breakfast and ok room , websites not true representative of actual is really far off! For budget short stay which I won't suggest stating longer than 2 nights than is fine. Lift did not work on my 2nd day. Really old dated property hidden in a corner of some residential area.

This probably the worst hotel for me. Let me list here the reason why i made that statement
1. When I arrived the hotel at 11:00 pm after the long flight, I cannot check in since there is no electric
2. The Power was on and off several time during my stay
3. They provided a broken chair, and I felt very badly when I sit on it.
4. Their floor is broken several places, and they do not fix it, they just put the tape over.
5. In the room half of the lights went off
6. There was a worker in the next room, which connect to my room by a door, and they
just opened and got into my room without knocking or asking.
7. Hotel main entrance is locked at night, if you need something you cannot go out, you
have to wait until business hour.

Do not stay here. This place is dirty and gross. I booked it for two nights. I left after 15 minutes and booked another hotel. The place was so dirty that I didn't want to sit on the stained couch in the lobby. AC did not work, place was loud (seems like an apartment building not a hotel) and overall horrible. We lost our money and didn't care just wanted to leave.

Nice place to stay, quiet, safe and close to cbd, easy check in and out. If you like quietness and security then it is perfect place to stay.

The room is large, clean and the staffs are friendly. Reasonable room rate!

Bra centralt beläget hotell. Ligger lite bakom starkt trafikerad huvudgata, vilket innebär att vi slapp störande trafik! Trevlig personal, rent och snyggt! Frukost serverades på rummet och var lite "basic".

There is a mall nearby . It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Ben Thanh market

Very nice room!!! Comfortable bed, nice shower, quiet. Just a bit hard to find.

We had given bigger rooms, as the hotel was running full house. They room was abit of run down. The staff since not really friendly at all. I was told need the arrange breakfast before head, and try to call for arrangement but no one pick up my call. So I called in the morning to arrange breakfast and the staff since unhappy and reminder me why don’t u arrange last night. Ended, I wanted from the staff serve me what you have.

The hotel was very difficult to located, it take 1 hour to found.

Upon arrival to the hotel, my friend and I were greeted by a friendly staff. The room was pleasantly clean, big and well decorated. All appliances worked perfectly including the water heater, air conditioner and television. Breakfast was ordered the night before and delivered at the time requested, in the morning hours. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to most tourist sites in Ho Chi Minh City. I will definitely stay at Angela Boutique Service Apartment during my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Stayed 2 nights. Nice Comfortable room. Modern decor. Good WiFi. Friendly staff.
Not far from the main District 1 area.

Breakfast was average. Not much choice and delivered to the room.
Room lacked a iron and ironing board. The iron was supplied on request but no ironing board. Most places in Vietnam.expect you to give the clothes to the laundry service.
Also the safe was unlocked and had to wait till the next day for it to get fixed.

Great service all throughout the trip. Cannot fault the reception's endeavour to fully accommodate me for my stay.
Even with a brisk change of rooms because of lack of aircon. 2nd room was same size as the first, just 3 levels higher on the property. There was trouble with TV and the shower in that room. But again, there was quick service to try to amend these incidents.
Wifi worked great- No blackout of connection.
Breakfast was include and tasted ok.
Room amenities were more than acceptable for the price I paid.
Gym was tiny, No weights available in the 5mx2.5m room

Overall I would say that I am a happy customer with my stay here thanx to big help of the staff there. Very friendly that they are and very knowledgeable of the area as well.

The driver from the Airport had no trouble finding the Hotel. When I asked the receptionist for a taxi it was at the front of the hotel within 5 minutes. Breakfasts were served in the room and everything was still warm. Many restaurants are located within walking distance of the Hotel. There is a very good restaurant located just across the street from the hotel. It is a short distance by taxi to the center of HCM. The receptionist were always helpful and maps are available. It is a quiet area and there was no noise at night to hinder sleeping.

The staff was very helpful they try to help you any way they can very polite

We enjoyed our stay here. Quieter location but close enough to everything you want to see in HCMC. The people here were very friendly and helpful.

問題点　１）朝食付きですが、最悪
