Staff and rooms were hot. Couldn’t cool them below 75 degrees. Staff were rude. Didn’t get the room type I booked/paid for. They didn’t seem to care.

Pros:

The clean quiet room - no outside sounds and no noise from hallway or other rooms. Great shower. Hotel is located within walking distance to downtown Fairbanks and are restaurants within easy walking distance.

Phenomenal staff and good location.
Pros:

The staff was great. They arranged two complementary Lyft rides for us and they very kindly and quickly notified us when we accidentally left behind an important item. They went above and beyond to FedEx the item back to us very quickly. We are very appreciative.

We had an excellent experience.
Pros:

We had a great experience! The people who work at Bridgewater care about their guests and were just great. We can’t thank them enough for such a positive experience. We also utilized the beautiful lobby area to play cards and it was nice to have laundry facilities. Thank You!
