Hotel localizado no centro de Fairbanks, tipo Ibis , quartos e banheiro limpos, funcionários simpáticos, geladeira e cafeteira no quarto. Tem estacionamento e precisa pegar um cartao no.hotel para colocar no carro , se não leva multa.

Cons:

Dirty, felt unsafe, staff was rude. They did not like it when I asked for more toilet paper and a towel. Told me I had to come down and get it myself, but it was late and I was already in my pajamas. They told me that they “knew their duty” and were sorry but they can’t bring it to me. It upset me of course and I argued with them then hung up. About an hour later they sent the police to the room to kick us out. We in no way warranted that kind of treatment. We lost our money and booking.com can’t do anything about it either. I would never stay at this hotel again. I booked it because the ratings looked good, but in reality the place is in an unsafe location and it was very old and dirty.

Good location but room was small. Overpriced for what it delivers.
Pros:

We didn’t have the breakfast. Only cold options for that in a less than welcoming basement room.

Cons:

The room was small. The kind bed only has 3 crumpled pillows ( for two of us). I enquired twice for an extra pillow but they said there were no spare pillows in the hotel…
Our window just faced next door’s wall.

Close to where we wanted to be. Good food at thr restaurant around the corner

Cons:

Staff on arrival could have been friendlier and had a little more local knowledge. Staff were ok but not as friendly as other locations we have been too

Pros:

Friendly staff (but not always well organized). Free railway/airport shuttle. Nice hotel room.

Cons:

Expensive room rate. Weak and very strange internet: Í couldn't get contact with most of German websites (with .de) The free hotel shuttle to the railway station came only, after I had ordered it from the reception for the third time, but then everything went well.

Bridgewater Hotel
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Traveling with a big group can be challenging, but everything was handled so smoothly and made our trip truly enjoyable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we all felt comfortable from start to finish. Aaliyah & Ashley especially stood out with their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile for us. They really helped make our stay feel special and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for group stays, this would be our first hotel we contact when coming back!
