Comfortable stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable space with desk, bed, and couch. There are two buildings and I was located in the front one, so I don’t know if the rooms are any different. Walkable location.

Pros:

I would say it's the best place I stayed in Korea in terms of matching expectations vs reality. The place is new. The room wasn't very bright, but it's spacious, very clean and functional, great bathroom. There's parking, and location is great.
Breakfast is tiny (1 egg, small yogurt, few grapes and banana) however it's cheap so I guess nothing to complain about..

Cons:

It would be great if there's other pillows, existing ones are very tall, we couldn't use it.

Nice hotel, nice location, nice value for money
Pros:

The location of the hotel is really good, with the main touristic attractions of Gyeongju within walking distance.

My room was spacious and clean. Absolutely no complains here.

Breakfast is not included. It costs an extra ₩3,000 (~$2, ~1.75€, so very cheap) and it includes a piece of fruit, one boiled egg, one yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk. Nothing too fancy, but it is handy, especially if you need to start your day early. You eat it in the game room, located in the basement. Interestingly enough, there is also a small art gallery in there.

Cons:

I had to wait about 30 min to do my check in because the reception was unattended :( .
