Nice budget hotel in a great location will stay again
Pros:

Great Gardens and pool areas, friendly staff. Nice spa which was a bonus with good prices.
Good room service menu pretty good value for a hotel restaurant which is at the front of the property.
Easy walk across the street to the beach via another hotel which was not an issue with them.

Cons:

Nothing to do with hotel but so many mossies

A great value hotel to stay close to shops and beach, friendly helpful staff who their very best.
Pros:

Liked that the pools were clean, they accommodated our stay with rooms to suit. The staff are lovely. It is great for close by shopping and the beach. Very good value for money.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved, more variety and freshness. Improve the bathrooms and linen and towels.

Good value. Great location.
Pros:

We had the family room and it was a really great size. The room with the 2 single beds was very bright in the morning though as the curtains are sheer but my kids are solid sleepers so it didn't bother them too much. This is a great budget hotel and good value if wanting to travel cheaply with the family. The location is great right on Padma Utara with plenty of great bars and restaurants just along the street.
There is a great pool bar and 2 swimming pools so plenty of room for the kids to swim and play without annoying anyone.
The breakfast is basic but good. They will make you eggs how you like them.

Cons:

The stairway to the family room didn't look like it had been swept in months. Considering it was accessible through the breakfast area it would have been nicer to see it just a bit cleaner. It was a bit off putting when first going to the room.
