Hotel Ciputra Cibubur

Pool was really nice view. Breakfast was tasty.
The room was minibar included, however it was not much choices, just drinks for a single person in a double room. Could atleast had double of everything.

Staffs ia very nice and friendly. Services are excellent, location is excellent. Good food.

A little bit tired

モールに隣接しているため、夜に食事や買い物ができる。
屋上にあるプールからは街が一望でき、景色が楽しめた。

Comfortable one night stay. Hotel.is located over the shopping mall which gives access to other F&B establishment within the mall.

The hotel was pleasant and clean and front office staff were polite and accomodating. However, there were a number of issues which took a long time to resolve, even with an Indonesian interpreter - which was frustrating. The lifts were slow, and there was no option to take stairs. The towels were worn and unnecessarily changed along with the bathroom toiletries (plastic hair caps etc) which was wasteful. The fridge wasn’t actually cold enough to keep any cold water or milk in. I was told at breakfast that I wasn’t able to take a plate or knife up into my room to use later to be able to eat the mango I had bought at the supermarket which was disappointing. My washing was removed from my room one day while I was out, without me even requesting it to be done yet as I hadn’t quite finished sorting it into the laundry bag or filled in the paperwork to go with it. I tried to explain at the front office that it wasn’t ready to be removed. They assured me that staff had photographed the clothing items to keep track of it and it would be washed and returned by the next morning. It wasn’t back so I enquired again the next afternoon but with a change of staff nobody knew anything about it. They told me it had been delivered which it hadn’t…then house keeping asked what the washing items were? What brand… etc total confusion and I needed to pack my bag to leave the next day which caused unnecessary stress. It finally arrived that night but I found the whole situation very frustrating.

Staff and breakfast were awesome. Location is perfect. Connecting to a good mall in the city. Price is too good with everything they have

hotel stay is good, but restaurant food everyday repeating. Even last year March also same dishes in breakfast

My stay at Hotel Ciputra was good, no complaints.

The carpet is showing sigms of wear and tear, but ill always stay with you when in jakarta

Great hotel. Located just next to a big shopping mall, so it is very convenience in terms of easiness to get foods. The only downside was restaurant area was too crowded during breakfast causing long queue in some stations

체크인 할때 예치금 30만 루피아를 지불하고
체크아웃 시 결재 하였는데
메일로 결재를 안하였으니 계좌 송금을 하라는 메일이와서
확인해보니
오히려 두번 결재가되어 하고 환불 요구 메일을 보내도 회신이 없는 상태이다.
