Fabulous staff & excellent location
Pros:

Staff were fabulous, friendly & helpful, particularly Ryo, he organised our bus tickets to Nind Bind & to Halong Bay. Endless supply of delicious bananas free for guests at reception plus filtered water.

Cons:

The bed was too hard for us. The staff were great to rectify this, they put extra padding. When we checked out the man at reception assured us they would put thick toppers on beds in their hotel.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They sorted all of our needs including transportation. We had no issues with the room it was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a prime location for Hanoi. We would definitely stay again 😊

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist top. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber ein bisschen klein.
Das Personal war super lieb und bemüht. Ist eine Empfehlung wert, wenn man wie wir nur eine Unterkunft zum schlafen und zum duschen braucht

El personal es increible.de 10. Te ayudan en todo con muchas ganasAunque no me gusta que te pidan una buena valoración del hotel. Suele pasar mucho en vietnan. La ubicacion es genial. Pague 44 euros la noche. Puedes coger algo mas retirado y moverte en app Grab.

La habitacion muy pequeña, cama muy dura.

Super zentral, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Badezimmer schimmelt ( was aber vermutlich nicht zu vermeiden ist bei der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit) und die Matratze ist sehr hart- wenn ma fragt bekommt man einen topper, der das ganze etwas besser macht.
