Cons:

Al nostro arrivo scopriamo che la camera è ad un piano in cui non arriva l’ascensore. Saliamo e troviamo la camera sporca, il letto non fatto. Lo staff si scusa, usciamo e al rientro ci dicono che la stanza è pronta. Lenzuola macchiate, doccia inesistente in centro al bagno. Il wc perdeva acqua. Abbiamo resistito perchè ci serviva solo per una notte. Mai più!

Bon rapport qualité/prix/emplacement
Pros:

Le personnel était d’une gentillesse incroyable, la chambre était confortable et propre, l’hôtel était parfaitement placé, juste à côté du Lac, c’était très pratique !!

Cons:

La salle de bain commence à vieillir un peu, et la chambre est petite, ce qui n’est pas dérangeant pour de court séjour! Rien de bien dérangeant!!

깨끗하고 친절한 가성비 숙소

우선 저는 혼자 여행으로 가서 묵었습니다! 한국인 리뷰가 거의 없어서 좀 망설였는데, 생각보다 훨씬 좋았습니다. 리셉셔니스트 두 분 다 아주 친절하셨고, 마주칠 때마다 혹시 불편한 점은 없는지 물어봐주셨습니다.
구시가지 내에 있어서 위치가 아주 좋고, 체크아웃 이후에 짐도 맡아주시고 샤워도 할 수 있게 도와주셨습니다. (샤워실은 1층 리셉션 데스크 뒤쪽에 있고 직원 분들도 사용하시는 공간 같았습니다. 단체 샤워실 아니고 화장실+샤워 공간 있는 일반 욕실이라고 보시면 됩니다)
조용한 방을 요청했더니 정말 조용했고, 무엇보다 침구가 아주 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 인테리어는 삐까뻔쩍한데 화장실에서 곰팡이 냄새가 나거나 침구가 더러운 경우도 많잖아요. 여기는 겉으로 보기에 아주 화려하진 않지만 침구도 아주 청결하고 화장실도 기본적인 어매니티 잘 갖추고 있고 깨끗했습니다. 저처럼 기본적인 숙소의 조건은 다 갖추었으면서 가성비+청결+위치 좋은 곳 원하신다면 강추합니다. 첫 베트남 여행이었는데 좋은 추억만 안고 돌아가서 참 감사하네요.
I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, the receptionists were super friendly and the room was spacious, clean and quiet. It was the best choice for the first trip to Vietnam.

Good location, friendly staff, basic room
Pros:

The location was perfect. The guy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfy.

Cons:

The rooms are definitely pretty tight. It's worth noting that the balconies are only for the 4 person rooms (the description for our room mentioned a garden view, but the view out of the window was actually of a concrete alley). The wifi was a bit patchy.
