Pros:

We been scam by the hotel
We paid for 9 nights for 1 bedroom apparetement but after spending only 5 nights they told us we hve to move to studio and if we want to continue staying in that 1 bedroom appartement we need to add money

But the full payment was already done for 9 nights for the 1 bedroom
And the staff don't know how to talk to guest

My overall experience was good.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming

Cons:

My room had an open bath 🛁🚿. After bathing I had to clean the place because the water was everywhere especially around the toilet. But my colleagues had a better room.

Convenient and easy stay near airport.
Pros:

Very well kept establishment despite some years of operation. Service-minded personnel. Nice pool open to the sun all day (no shadows from buildings) with sunbeds and a 10-15 meter pool.

Room with kitchen facilities and washing machine. Iron, iron board and drying rack. Security box.

Close to metro. Close to DXB. Close to shops and small restaurants. Silent surrounding.

Was not the best. More room for improvement. Would love to see changes when next I visit Dubai

Brighter floors
Tissue holder so close to water closet
Curtains touching my skin in the bathroom. I developed Skin irritations.
No towels (wouldn't have used them though)
Soap holders falling apart
