My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. The customer service was absolutely terrible — the staff were rude, specifically reception men Sujith! disrespectful, and completely unprofessional in the way they treated guests.

It was very clear that their only focus is money, not customer satisfaction or basic hospitality. The rules they enforce are unreasonable and frankly shocking. What made things worse is that the information provided on the Booking app does not match what the hotel actually enforces. There was no mention anywhere in the terms and conditions about restrictions like “no visitors allowed” or that the hotel only accepts married couples. This lack of transparency is misleading and unacceptable.

Instead of trying to resolve issues or communicate properly, the staff chose to be dismissive and hostile. This created an uncomfortable and stressful environment, rather than a welcoming one.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone

How management deleted us very bad they refused to cancel the booking. Be careful if you are not sure don’t book any apartment from this hotel. Booking.com was so cooperative. They accepted to cancel the booking with a full refund, but the property manager refused to approve that.

Pros:

We been scam by the hotel
We paid for 9 nights for 1 bedroom apparetement but after spending only 5 nights they told us we hve to move to studio and if we want to continue staying in that 1 bedroom appartement we need to add money

But the full payment was already done for 9 nights for the 1 bedroom
And the staff don't know how to talk to guest
