Staff were really friendly and helpful. We stayed there for the Round Sheffield Run event and could not have been in a better location for it.

The room was strangely very hot - even though it was normal 20c outside. However windows can open and airco is available

This hotel is really lovely. The room and en-suite were very comfortable and beautifully furnished with lots of small thoughtful touches. The breakfast was great and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was lovely (Robin Hollow I think). Breakfast very good. Friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Comfortable bed, immaculately clean. Large bathroom. We would stay again if not travelling with our dog as dogs not accepted.
Reception on arrival. No-one to meet or greet. Staff seemed sparse. No parking available. Room prices quite steep. Overall though, we had a very good experience.
