The property was great. Outside areas a bit run down, but they were being renovated. Food and service were great.

We chose Santika KHI because of its location in Bekasi. The hotel is modern, contemporary and well maintained. The hotel staff hospitality was exemplary.
We recommend Santika KHI and would gladly return if staying in the area again.

The bathroom smell urine and moldy.AC its not cold enough and broke

I booked this for my daughter and her friend. They were very happy and satisfied. They want to book there again if they will be back in jakarta. The hotel is the most beautiful i n that area.

Good place for family, huge swimming pool and facilities.

Overall it was AWESOME, the room is so big with sofa, food is great, the hospitality of the staff is GREAT (i was carried my 1y.o son when having a breakfast,and the staff insist me to bring the food directly to my table,even though im not asking for help), BIG THANKS!

Ample breakfast buffet selection and the food quality is good. The hotel shows its age, but it is properly maintained. Olympic sized swimming pool and gym are shared with the health club.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful pool & restaurant. It's a bit far from the Jakarta Airport - traffic is hectic and there isn't much to do around the area - but the hotel itself is really wonderful.

The amenities are amazing and the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. The room was ok.

신축 건물이어서 청결함. 오래된곳은 개미가 침대까지 있는데 여기는 신축이라 그런지 벌래도 없고 아침식사 좋습니다.

Comfort but not during breakfast as groups ate almost everything at dining area and even though we came early food was completely wiped out by the groups that arrived earlier. To station the groups to another location.
