A terrible hotel frozen in time and neglected to the point of disgrace

the hotel is in terrible condition. it doesn’t worth to go there for this price at all.

lets start from the lobby.
It smells like smoke from the fireplace because the air is coming in from outside, or so we were told. All your clothes smell terrible even after 5 minutes of being there.

The rooms are big, but everything is old and hanging from the wall by nails. The bathroom from 90’s and hot water is only in the evening. The kitchen is empty and there are no utensils. There is not even a fork or spoon.

The spa is in terrible condition. Half of the things don't work. The stove in one of the saunas is hanging from the wall towards people's feet, and could fall at any moment with the hot stones. The alpine sauna is not functioning, and the pools are dirty, as people enter without showering after the sauna or steam room, in which there is not a single working light. The lifeguard and the staff at the center don't care what is going on and spend the whole day playing on their phones or reading the newspaper.

The reception and staff do not provide any information during check-in, they simply hand over the room key. The only one who imitates any activity is the bellboy, whose main duty is to open the parking barrier, which you have to ring every time and wait for someone to remember to open.

It could be good, but at this point I would be reluctant to come back.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the cleaning ladies did a good job maintaining my room.

Cons:

It feels like it has been let go. The staff looks like they don’t care. The room I was in had a need of repairs. There were some tiles in the bathroom that looked like they could fall on top of somebody and other smaller issues. The reception had a big wood fire, which smelled very badly of smoke and the reception was inhabitable. The decor is dated and some spa facilities were not working. The spa was very dark and some lights in the saunas were not turned on.
