Tired and run down, and staff rude and unhelpful
Pros:

Location was good and the lobby was stunning.
Beds were fairly comfortable and price was alright.

Cons:

Staff confiscated towels and soap after finding out we weren't full numbers.

Room was shabby, furniture falling apart, no hangers or shelves even in the Wardrobe!

Breakfast starts too late really, so you cant have breakfast and get the lift as soon as it opens, so we mostly skipped breakfast.

Rooms are very very very basic and in serious need of renovation.

The room had like a sauna. The hotel was kept at a constant temperature similar to the surface temperature of the sun lol, was uncomfortablly warm.

Pros:

Отличный отель, остались очень довольны! Всё было на высшем уровне: чистота, уют и комфорт чувствовались с первых минут.

Отдельный плюс — наличие парковки, что делает проживание ещё более удобным, особенно если вы путешествуете на машине.

Всё продумано до мелочей, атмосфера приятная, персонал внимательный. С радостью остановимся здесь снова!

Not a 4 stars hotel, smoke inside the room, old and dirty furniture

Not a 4 stars hotel!
Not so clean, old and broken furniture in the room.
They have a fire pit in the hotel lobby which is creating a lot of smoke that is getting into the room - especially at the top floor. You can’t breathe inside the room. When I ask them to find a solution, stop the fire, they said they can’t do anything.
They don’t allow you to take your ski and boots inside the room and offer a very small (around 6 sqare m) room to keep them, but this is not enough to have all guests’ equipt and also it is unguarded..

Персонала, беше усмихнат и възпитан. Закуската имаше от всичко
презадоволително.

Cons:

Спато беше под всяка критика. Басейна студен, бушона падаше като включат билковата сауна, джакузито работеше на някакъв интервал, който като влезеш спираше... Хихи
