Not worth the charge
Pros:

Setting was lovely, breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly

Cons:

My room was dirty, bathroom especially toilet had not been cleaned, just tickled. In dire need of updating. Beds uncomfortable. No apologises. Alarm going off due to a smoke machine. Nobody came round to say this was a false alarm. Again nobody apologized for this. I would not stay again. Feel very let down as was looking forward to the stay. For the price I feel I could have had better

Absolutely shocking!!
Pros:

Soaking wet bed, to the point of the mattress being soaked through
Receptionist barely spoke English!!
Said there were no other rooms available when there were only 3 cars in the car park!! So who’s taking all the other rooms?!

Cons:

Everything

If I’m back in Nottingham I’d certainly stay here again.
Pros:

No real view from the window but that wasn’t a problem as we were out most of the day. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. There were tea/coffee making facilities, trouser press and TV. Downstairs there is a large bar area with a good selection of drinks.

Cons:

Can’t say there was anything bad about the property or the location.
