Pros:

Lovely setting, easy to get to. Beautiful building. Friendly staff. We had dressing gowns in the room, which was a nice touch. Lots of tea options (replenished daily)

Cons:

Our room was called William Blake, but there were no touches (poetry or paintings by him) to reflect that.
