Would stay there again
Pros:

Nice clean hotel with good location, safe basement parking, supermarkets restaurants nearby and very good breakfast. Ozge the lady from reception was really helpful

Cons:

Would be nice nice if staff would learn little bit of english

Pros:

Geweldige locatie in de hoofdstraat. Je loopt zo naar beneden naar de boulevard. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De airco had wat moeite met de hitte, desondanks was het prima te doen omdat het s avond toch doorwaait en afkoelt

Cons:

Park yeri çok karışık. Sokaktaki taksiciden öğrendik nasıl bulacağımızı. Yatak döşeği üzerinde koruyucu yoktu. Döşeğin dikişlerini vücudumda hissettim. Su ısıtıcısı temizlenmemisti. Içinde su bırakılmış.

Underground parking with guards.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel
Pros:

Nach zwei Jahren haben wir wieder bei Asya Grand Hotel gebucht und sind enttäuscht über den verschlechterten Zustand. Man merkt die wirtschaftlichen Herausforderungen an, wir hatten zwei Zimmer, beide haben nach Zigaretten gerochen. Dies wird offensichtlich von Hotelseite toleriert, da Aschenbecher und Zündhölzer im Zimmer sind. Der Empfang mit Osterkorb und persönlichem Schreiben in den jeweiligen Zimmern haben wir positiv gesehen. Auch das Frühstück ist nach wie vor sehr gut. Jedoch waren die Badezimmer in beiden Zimmern in einem hygienisch schlechten Zustand, schwarzer Schimmel, qualitativ schlecht abgedichtete Ecken, verkalkte Duschköpfe. Das erwarte ich nicht von einem 5 Sterne Hotel, das war vor zwei Jahren auch nicht so. Das in Kombination mit Zigarrettengeruch. Die Qualität hat nachgelassen, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Daher sind wir enttäuscht und werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Estadía tranquila y grata
Pros:

La estancia ha sido muy agradable dado que el personal de servicio es muy amable, a pesar de no hablar inglés tratan de entenderte, el desayuno en relación a la comida muy completa estéticamente los manteles manchados no se ven bien
