Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival.
A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Atmospheric building, comfortable room

It was near where we needed to be
Thought it was very tired
The location was good as were the gardens
Its tired and bathrooms/shower are tiny. Requires investment to modernize and bring up to scratch from bed linen to decor for a price tag without breakfast. Noise from the adjacent function room until late in the evening.
Loved this property - gorgeous old and original features all over, very comfy, friendly staff, lovely gardens with a pond & Lillie’s, great bathroom! Highly recommend!
Location good for what I required
Breakfast was not available until 8am which is when I needed to go, so NO breakfast. Should be available earlier.
Bed was adequate but not particularly comfortable, and pillows lumpy.
Not terribly welcoming. Receptionist obviously just waiting for me to arrive so she could go home.
Staff were very accommodating, the room was very comfortable and the building had amazing character.

Quiet location, close to work, good breakfast at restaurant, although restaurant is closed in the evening on Mondays and Tuesdays there are good places to eat nearby
