The pool will be closed for renovation works from the 21st April to the 12th May 2025 (inclusive). Please note there will be some noise disturbance during the daytime.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Béa la réceptionniste, j’ai apprécié son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité.
Le bruit insupportable des voisins, le ménage est fait rarement, la piscine était fermée en plein mois d’Aout et il n’y a pas eu d’eau lors du séjour. On m’a aussi donné une chambre qui n’était pas celle que j’avais choisi sur Booking et Béa a pu finalement me déplacer mais j’ai subis les nuisances sonores des voisins durant tout mon séjour, horrible
The only thing decent about the property was the roof top balcony and the views
Small didn’t have one cleaner in the week we stayed had to ask for towels and 5 days after we had sheets and towels at the door to change your own sheet was told cleaner comes after 5 days didn’t have one cleaner come in in the full week far out that hill to walk up is a awful
Recently back from a weeks stay at Club Tenerife. Overall I can't complain. We stayed in a mountain View duplex and the apartment itself was fantastic. Very spacious, the rooftop terrace was a huge bonus for us, we loved it. The beds were comfortable, everywhere was clean and well kept. The location is good, not too far from the beach and shops, however it is on a hill, as are many places in Tenerife so anyone with mobility issues may need to research whether they would manage. The staff were friendly and helpful to their best ability.
The pool bar was great and the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. The pool area itself was great, could do with a few more sunbeds around the pool, as there are more up on the terrace which is lovely, but with kids you can't see the pool. We also loved the Hammocks. Outside the hotel there is a lovely breakfast spot 'lucky brunch' I'd recommend trying their lucky breakfast it was gorgeous
Unfortunately the pool wasn't so great, on the days it was open it was fine, but 4 out of 7 days of our stay the pool was closed. And this seems like it may be a common occurrence for these apartments. We enquired about the pool and when it would be opening the second day it was closed and were informed it would be closed all weekend as the repair needed they were unable to sort until Monday, this was extremely disappointing for us as travelling with children this was the highlight of their holiday. We were told there was a sister hotel we could use the pool at however once given the information realised it was over an hour away.
We ended up using the pool bar at a local restaurant which as much as it saved the holiday for us, did cost us €30 a time as you had to hire the sunbeds.
We also requested some more toilet roll at reception one morning on our way out as we had run out, this was never provided and once we returned to the apartment late we had to go back out to purchase some as there are no staff available after 4 or 5pm. There were security on site until around 11pm however they spoke no english whatsoever. So if you need assistance later on or early morning, you're on your own.
Overall, for the price we had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The pool was closed for the best part of 3 days over the whole holiday due to a pump issue.
The beds weren't the comfiest, the apartment was very basic, and the shower was tiny.
We expected more for what we paid.
The fridge freezer , balcony size
No air conditioning, pool bar serving fries in dirty baskets, cockroaches everywhere, no late check out even though it says it’s available for a small fee, the bath had been painted and when filled with water there was big air bubbles under the paint, hair dryer didn’t work, maintenance work on every terrace.
